Unbeatable location and stunning views of Mt. Yotei, but the experience was let down by cleanliness and service.

For the high price, the room was underwhelming. The bathroom smelled damp/septic upon arrival, forcing us to use perfume to mask it, and the lack of clothing storage was frustrating for a long stay.

The most disappointing part was the lack of flexibility. Despite staying 6 nights, they refused a 2-hour late check-out for our daughter’s school unless we paid extra even with no following booking. Ironically, our next hotel (just 5 minutes away) let us check in at 10:00 AM for free because the room was ready.

To the management: a little flexibility goes a long way for long-term guests.

A very comfortable and clean apartment with amazing views and in a great location. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to relax with friends on our nights in. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and proximity to Yama Sports was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Niseko Landmark View and would absolutely return. The location is outstanding, directly below the lift. Being able to walk out the door and onto the lift in minutes is a major advantage, especially in Niseko’s deep powder conditions. The apartments are modern, spacious, and very well maintained. Ours had floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful views of Mt. Yotei, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ski storage, and plenty of room to spread out after a long day on the mountain. Everything felt clean, functional, and thoughtfully designed for skiers. Service was professional and efficient. The front desk team was helpful with transportation coordination and local recommendations, and check-in/check-out was seamless. If you’re prioritizing ski access, modern accommodations, and practicality over resort-style amenities, Landmark View is one of the strongest options in Hirafu. Highly recommended.

Front desk was very helpful and there’s ski rental within the hotel so it’s very convenient. It’s also a few metres away from the gondola.

The staff were positive and friendly, and worked hard to help me solve the problem of connecting the TV to Apple TV. Their English was also very good. The downside was that there was no air conditioning in the room, but there were fans available, and the price was a bit high.

Great location - very close to Gondola and Rhythm hire place. Short walk to Main Street and places for eating. Shuttle bus at front door for Hanzono. Great views of mountain and Yotei. Well equipped. Very clean and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment. Staff helpful.

The hotel is right next to the Hirafu ski resort, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The bedroom is a little small, but considering the price, it is still very cost-effective. The room has a view of Mt. Yotei, and the scenery is very beautiful.

Great place. Great for families. Close to lifts. Short walk to supermarket. Rooms basic but you are out skiing so not an issue. The rooms were large and full kitchen/lounge if you wanted to cook. You need a higher floor if you want a view.
