We had a hiccup a few weeks ago when we visited, the driver of the van did not pick us up on time at the station so we had to walk with our luggage and board bags to the hotel in the pouring snow. The staff made it up to us and left us nice treats inside our room, including pow bars that are made in Niseko. They were on time for pickup to depart Niseko. The room we booked was so nice and large enough for our group of 5. There was a bunk room with 3 beds and a king size bed in the other room. 2.5 bathrooms was nice to have and having washer and dryer and dish washer was also nice. There was a ski room on the first floor which is very convenient as was the location very convenient. The nearby food trucks were perfect to grab a bite.

Mountainsides palace was a very nice facility, it was clean, as advertised and had all the amenities we needed for 4 people. Close to shops, restaurants and local bus. The ski locker facility and drying room were an added bonus. Niseko Wow were fantastic to deal with, the back office, drivers and front desk teams were professional and very prompt in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend their services, one of the best I've every dealt with.

Great location, nice people. it stayed warm and it was spacious
Unfortunately there was a sewage smell in the bathrooms which they tried to fix but couldn’t
Also we couldn’t use the stove for the first night & morning. They sent a service person to come the next day which was nice; turns out the stove worked but it was induction and the provided pans were not compatible. They gave us new pans the next day though

The location is decent, very close to the ski resort, and the apartment offers a shuttle service from the station. Overall, the experience was quite good.

Location, size and value. Never saw staff (understandably due to Covid-19) but always reachable by phone.

It’s not the location (which you can’t beat), nor the accommodations (which are spacious and comfortable), or the amenities (beautiful fully equipped kitchen + in room washer dryer + Netflix) that surprised me, it’s the incredible service which really blew me away! I thought this was a self catering apartment, but turns out the onsite team (Robby, Nelson et al) catered to our many needs, from calling taxis to taking us on a ride last minute to handling my mistakenly swapped skis....
Thank you very much for making our 4 night stay so wonderful. We can’t wait to return.

Very well organised holiday by Ludo & his team @ Vacation Niseko. The apartment was very good value for money being clean, modern, well equipped, close to the slopes and all the restaurants. Small requests like I needed a blender were catered for. Pick-up & drop off at the bus station were also friendly & helpful. Overall very good feel factor !
