We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a family stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re planning to enjoy the snow and SKI. We truly felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended—we will definitely come back!

The hotel service was excellent; staff even drove us to a nearby place to pick up our rented ski equipment.
We loved the views of Mt Yotei from our huge 2 bedroom apartment. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and tended to our every need. Superb stay!

Pizza restaurant there are fabulous too
Very friendly staff that offers a drive to the gondola station or a ski shop. You can also ski right to the hotel door . The onsen, sauna and swimming pool are all what you need after the long ski day!
The restaurant bar is lovely with the most friendly bartender in the world!
The apartment had everything that was needed; comfy beds, kitchen and baths.
