It's an older hotel, but the hygiene is no problem. It should be noted that although the owner is very nice, he doesn't speak English at all, so you may have trouble communicating.

After visiting Kawazu to see the cherry blossoms, we stayed two consecutive nights with meals booked in advance. Breakfast and dinner were varied and delicious, made with fresh local ingredients and expertly seasoned by the chef. The full-course dinner was excellent and very delicious. There are three hot springs with good water, which can be locked and used for relaxation. Breakfast can be enjoyed in your room, and everything is delicious. The hotel is beautifully appointed, and although there is a little noise from the neighboring rooms, it is a good value and highly recommended.
This was my first time traveling alone.
It was a very safe place, with early check-in and late check-out, and I was able to relax very comfortably.
The room was spacious enough for me to stay alone, and very clean.
I thought I might feel lonely being alone, but the owner and his wife were very kind and treated me with such warmth.

This is a wonderful pension where you can really feel the warmth of the couple.
When I arrived at the building, I was greeted by dolphin figurines at the entrance. Inside, there were many angel- and dolphin-themed goods.
There were also dolphin goods not only throughout the building but also in the rooms, which made me incredibly happy as a dolphin lover.
The building was immaculately maintained...
This time, I was indebted to this pension when I was looking for an inn nearby when I went to see the illumination of Izu Granpal Park. I had no sense of direction here, so I had to check the location on the phone many times before arriving. The couple was very nice and we had a lot of conversations, and it was fun. Until now, I have used many pensions, but from the moment I entered the entrance of...

I stayed here on a weekday for a room only stay.
It's close to the station and has a decent number of restaurants, so it's in a great location for train travel.
Parking is available in a nearby parking lot for 500 yen per night.
The facilities are a little old, but the location and the room were larger than I expected, which is very appreciated in these times.
It was quiet as it was a weekday,...
Good location just about 5-minute walk from the station and there is convenience store nearby.
Staffs were nice and the room was big and tidy.
A modern version of a ryokan (Japanese inn) near a station?
It doesn't have to be hot spring water, but I wish there was a bath available. The shower alone is cold in the winter. There was no strange smell in the room or hallway. 😄 It's a shame there weren't any outlets by the bed. I couldn't charge my smartphone while watching it. If the extension cord in the room was a little longer, that would solve...
The hotel was great – very clean with excellent service. Parking was 500 yen per day, and you could come and go as you pleased. My girlfriend wasn't feeling well, so we asked for a late check-out, and they were accommodating. Since the hotel was full, they allowed us to check out half an hour later, which was really helpful. Overall, it's a very good hotel. Just be aware that if you're taking the Ito...
Clean, quiet, and well-equipped with convenient facilities. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issues. A highly recommended stay!
Amazing hotel! Everything is thought out to the last detail – toothbrushes, combs, shampoos, conditioners, tissues, cotton swabs, makeup remover, a yukata, and more. Even in the small room (though quite large by Japanese standards), there was a humidifier, 2 tables, 2 beds, and a private bathroom with everything you need.
Very polite staff!

The room is large and the environment is good
Since there are many green forests in the mountains, there are more bugs. There are only public bathrooms, no private toilets. You need to pay Smecta tax for bathing. It takes 30 minutes to walk up the mountain after getting off the station, which is tiring.
The attentiveness of its staff, the quiet environment, and the room was spacious.

It was a truly wonderful inn.
I'm very sorry to say that I booked the wrong date and time, but they treated me so warmly and I was truly grateful for their hospitality.
The bath was private, so I was able to relax in it, and all the food was absolutely delicious.
Since I was pregnant, they made some adjustments to the food.
It was a very warm inn. I recommend it!
I would definitely like to stay again
I stayed here with two friends on a road trip. The food was excellent, including the pan-fried salmon raised in the freshwater of Mount Fuji, which was refreshing yet richly flavorful. The beef fillet topped with foie gras was also very satisfying in both quality and quantity, and the course was highly refined from appetizer to dessert. The guest bathroom was a bit compact, but the open-air hot spring...

The food was delicious the last time I visited, so I wanted to eat there again, so I came back with a friend.

The building is a little old, but it's well-maintained and comfortable. The water pressure in the shared bath is low, but you can enjoy the free-flowing hot spring anytime, and it's very relaxing!
Staff were extremely friendly. You can book onsen for private use. Simple breakfast..
I think it's a good-sized hot spring inn. The large public bath is alternated between men and women, so I was able to experience both. The family bath was also clean and comfortable. The water was good. It was my first time in Ito, but I was very impressed. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity.
We love the experience here! Totally recommend
It's a bit of a walk from ITO station with a suitcase. A taxi is about 800-1000 yen. There's no water cooler or coffee machine. The five onsen are enough for everyone. Breakfast is modest, but the scrambled eggs and sausages are okay.

Father- "there was nothing wrong with the place, but wouldn't stay there again, breakfast was expensive." The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in in Japan, even though the price was probably a quarter or a fifth of other hotels I've booked. The room was incredibly spacious, with both tatami mats and beds. It was practically a small villa, complete with a private onsen (hot spring). It's a bit of a walk from the station, so be careful. I was extremely satisfied!
Need to drive to reach this place.

Behind the hotel, you can walk 5 min trail to reach beautiful coastline with amazing rock formations.
A lovely place. Separate cabins, close to a beautiful scenic trail! Convenient service; they can take you not only to the station but also to the store and wait for you! We stayed in cabin number 4, with a view of the forest, and it was very pleasant to sleep in the rain. It felt like wilderness! It's truly Japan, completely different from the urban spaces.
