Check-in was smooth, although the place itself is quite far from the train station, but as a bonus you will be in a walking distance to Jogasaki Coast. You can email the hotel, and they will pick you up from Izu-Kogen Station.
The property itself was nice, and all appliances were working. When we arrived, the place was already pre-heated, and we received all amenities at the front desk. Personal hot spring was also nice. Even though transfers to the station are only available during set hours, the staff were kind enough to drive us to the station a couple of hours after our check-out time.

The most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in in Japan, even though the price was probably a quarter or a fifth of other hotels I've booked. The room was incredibly spacious, with both tatami mats and beds. It was practically a small villa, complete with a private onsen (hot spring). It's a bit of a walk from the station, so be careful. I was extremely satisfied!

It’s a chalet style room, spacious for 5 pax. Clean and quiet.
Behind the hotel, you can walk 5 min trail to reach beautiful coastline with amazing rock formations.

A lovely place. Separate cabins, close to a beautiful scenic trail! Convenient service; they can take you not only to the station but also to the store and wait for you! We stayed in cabin number 4, with a view of the forest, and it was very pleasant to sleep in the rain. It felt like wilderness! It's truly Japan, completely different from the urban spaces.

It's a bit out of the way, a 10-minute walk from the bus. However, the owner was very friendly and proactively asked guests if they needed to go to the convenience store or attractions. The room was spacious, and there was a saltwater hot spring to soak in. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western options, but reservations were required. It was delicious and highly recommended!

We contacted the hotel for a shuttle service, which was a 5-minute drive away, though it's quite a walk. The hotel is very nice, like a resort. The service center has free washing machines and dryers, which is a great service for families. My family of three stayed on the upper floor of a building, and it was truly the most comfortable place to stay during our trip to Higashiizu. We even had a place to cook. We'd definitely stay again if we had the chance.

Love this hotel!
The service is excellent, the rooms are spacious, the view is great, and there's even hot spring water for bathing. My skin has improved significantly after just three or four days. 🤣 I'll definitely be back next time.
