DO NOT COME !!! Change to other hotels, please!!!!!!!! Really do not recommend this hotel !!! Facilities, terrible! Service attitude, extremely terrible! Cannot enjoy hot springs as you wish! The service was terribly bad, trust me, you will not want to experience this! You deserve a better hotel!!!!

The surrounding area is easily accessible, with attractions like Cactus Park, Granpal, a drop-in hot spring, and a convenience store. It's located away from the downtown area, but the atmosphere was nice. The room's loft ladder was a little scary, but with two beds and a separate futon, we were able to sleep soundly away from our noisy children. The food was also delicious.

However, I was disappointed when the owner got into a yelling argument with another male guest and kicked him out, and when the woman in another couple came to our room to beg us to "be punctual." It was a bit scary, especially considering our trip...

I paid by credit card, but I received an email saying, "The credit card payment has been canceled, so please let me know the credit card number." I figured I couldn't provide my credit card number via email, and the cancellation wasn't reflected on my online statement, so I replied, explaining that and saying I would pay the specified account once the cancellation was confirmed. They called me twice after that, but I was at work and couldn't answer both times. Later, I received an envelope with a copy of the canceled credit card and my account number. I was able to confirm the online cancellation, so I made a postal transfer and emailed them.

Two days later, I received another call, and the first thing they said was, "I've called you multiple times and sent you emails and letters." I was annoyed, so I asked, "Did you see the email?" They replied, "I haven't seen it." "I made the postal transfer yesterday. I emailed them about it," to which they replied, "Yesterday?! I'll check."

I'm sorry, and I understand that they panicked over the payment cancellation, but that was the pension's mistake, and I'm not at fault. It's not right to ask for my account number by email, or to contact me in a bad mood over the phone without even checking my email. I only have weekends off, so the days I can make a postal transfer are limited. If this had been a local bank, I might have been able to handle it through online banking or something.

The most terrifying experience while traveling in Japan.

Location, first of all, in the mountains, transportation is very, very inconvenient. The hygiene is very, very bad, the corners are full of dust and spider webs, and the facilities are very old! The experience was very poor because we had an extra child and the charge was 3400, but I don’t know why the hot spring (just a small pool) also charged us? Isn't this included in the accommodation fee? ) Finally we paid 9100! This is a hefty price~

The open-air bath was lovely and had a hot spring atmosphere. However, you had to wait in line, which was a bit inconvenient. The same goes for the toilet. Other than that, there were no particular issues. The food was delicious, and the landlady was a lively and energetic person who was kind to our children, which we were very grateful for.

This was our first time staying here as a couple with just one child!
At first, I was a little confused, not knowing the atmosphere or how to behave at a pension, but
it might be a good idea to walk around first, talk to the owner, and get a feel for the history and the atmosphere of the rooms and building!
I was excited to think that this pension has a wonderful history, protected by the strong bond between husband and wife. The bath had a nice atmosphere, too.

The food was incredibly delicious. I'm not a big fan of seafood, but I tried salmon and escargot for the first time. It was delicious!
My husband, the chef, is so skilled that even someone who isn't a picky eater will find it delicious once they try it.
The hot springs are both indoors and outdoors, and there are no time or number of people restrictions, so if someone goes in, you can just lock the bath and occupy it. It was very refreshing, and the hot spring was just the right temperature, and it seemed to help with wounds! My ribs were sore, but it felt a little better the next day.
I wanted everyone to experience Blue Umar Blue's history, stories about the landlady, autographs from guests, that Wakanohana has been there,
the exclusive feeling of the private bath, and the chef's cooking.
Up to eight family members can use the bath. 😊
There are indoor and outdoor baths and hot springs. The open-air bath with its stunning star view is amazing. ♨️ Please have coffee in the morning; the landlady said it was Hawaiian! It was so delicious, so be sure to have it in the morning. 😊
Everyone can write a lot of bad things, but it's hard to lie about the good things, right?
I wrote what I felt. It's run by a married couple who are doing their best to preserve their 36-year history. They're doing their best.
Please read with a kind eye, and perhaps it will be more enjoyable to experience the couple's hardships and history. 😊
I'll be back, this time with the whole family. 😊

If you arrive late, don't choose this place, you will have a bad experience.

It was a nice inn.
Stayed as a couple. Around September 2022, the typhoon was approaching, but they kindly welcomed me and gave me information on nearby sightseeing spots.
It was very nice to have a mother who likes to talk.
Although I felt uneasy about the reviews, I finally chose this inn because it was reasonably priced, and as a result, I felt that it was the best possible hospitality.
People who don't like cooking and bathing have their own problems, don't they?
The food and the bath were very good.
If you don't agree with this price, go to a luxury hotel.
Is it a word of mouth that understands that people who are doing their best with one person's word of mouth may fall into a predicament?
Anyway, we ended the trip feeling very satisfied and grateful.
I'm really thankful to you.

A pension where you can enjoy delicious food and hot springs. The toilet is shared and there is no shower in the room, but it is not necessary because the hot spring is good.

The owner of the pension in the woods is a lively proprietress and an elderly husband who seems to be kind.
A bath tax of 150 yen is taken, but the family bath and open-air bath are hot springs.
Overall good.
The bad part is that it can't be helped because it's run by two people, but it feels like it's not cleaned well enough.

Mr. Buruumaaburu stayed 4 to 5 times a year due to the courses he took from 2015 to 2018. The mother of the pension is a straight and comfortable person, and the father is a person who has a big body and mind to support it. I usually only soak in hot springs for up to 20 minutes, but the hot springs here are so soft to the skin that they always take a long time (-_-;). Dad, thank you for always letting me enter until the end!

When I arrived and was handed the key, there was no explanation. Because there are a lot of them." It seems that this is the way to go, but the response is terrible ❗ The food is cold and the meat is hard! The hot spring was okay, but the room had thin walls and I could hear the voices next door, so I won't go there again.
