The room was larger than I expected and I was very comfortable. The open-air bath was also very comfortable. The front desk staff were also very kind.

It wasn't a buffet, but it was delicious. I was glad that it wasn't a buffet in the morning either. I was able to enjoy my meal at my own pace.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They even arranged to pick me up from another hotel, patiently explained everything I needed to know, and made sure I felt welcomed.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. On my departure day, they kindly offered me a ride to the bus terminal, which was a huge help.

Although the location is a little further out, the outstanding service more than makes up for it. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful support. Highly recommended!

As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you can feel the perfect fusion of its unique Japanese style and modern design. The lobby is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration. When checking in, the staff was warm and thoughtful. Not only did they help me complete the formalities quickly, they also patiently introduced the hotel's facilities. Their service attitude was impeccable.
The room was clean and tidy, warmly decorated, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest during my tiring journey. The view from the room was also very nice. The hotel has a wide range of dining options, all of which taste very good.

It was so so good!!!!
It was a hotel where I could go alone and heal
It was a great value for money and the dinner and breakfast were so good
There was also an open-air bath
If you want a value for money ryokan feel, I definitely recommend it

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Both breakfast and dinner were in kaiseke style.
The hotel picked us up from bus terminal, also sent us to the nearby ski resort. The most surprising part is the staff pick us up again from the ski resort and sent us to our 2nd hotel in Kusatsu. Best service ever!

You can enter the room wearing shoes. HEALTH MANAGEMENT LIMITED.
Breakfast and dinner are too simple! I ate many plates with basically the same content - pickles. It’s so different from the hotel’s promotional photos!
disappointment.

It was a bit far from Yubatake, so it was quiet and nice. On the way there, I walked while looking around the village, and after checking out, they took a shuttle to Kusatsu Terminal, so I could travel comfortably. The staff were friendly and the meal was delicious. It was truly healing to relax in the hot springs at the hotel. There was no shower room in the Japanese room, but since I often go to hot springs, it wasn't an inconvenience. The hot spring water was good and there was an open-air bath, so I didn't feel the need to make a pilgrimage to other hot springs.

The hotel facilities are old, and the hotel environment is dark at night under power saving conditions, and it is far away from Yubata. However, the friendly and attentive attitude of the staff and the delicious dinner make up for the lack of old facilities.

Choose a Western-style room the night before and a Japanese-style room tonight to enjoy a different experience☺️ The Japanese-style room is also very spacious and clean. The staff will help us make the bed during dinner in the evening, so we don't have to do it ourselves. I had a comfortable night's sleep and overall felt good. Japanese-style rooms are cheaper. If you are in Japan, I would recommend Japanese-style rooms😄
