I'll definitely be back!

08.11.2025 Haluogaiteanlushan

The hotel is located near Izu Station in Takahara and offers a shuttle service, but advance notice is required. The hotel's management, environment, service quality, and dining are all commensurate with the room rate. The service, in particular, is exceptionally high; the male Japanese staff and female ********* staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive and helpful! They left a deep impression and deserve praise!

07.10.2025 Guest

The room was spacious and the hot spring was very comfortable; the complimentary socks were a nice touch. Both the French and Japanese cuisine became more refined each day. The 24-hour complimentary Häagen-Dazs ice cream was also a big plus.

02.10.2025 Gloriaseasea

Aside from the room, the service was excellent, especially in the restaurant. One of the staff members was a fantastic auntie who spoke good English and explained each dish meticulously and enthusiastically. The chef was great, skillfully using fresh local ingredients, had excellent taste, and presented the food beautifully. Most importantly, he was loving; he even adjusted the menu for my child, replacing dishes like sashimi with more child-friendly options. Any dish they enjoyed was recreated the next day, but prepared differently.

Don't book a room on the first floor; the musty smell was overwhelming and wouldn't dissipate even with the windows open.

Very satisfied with the room, it was huge! All the toiletries were Bulgari, and the service was excellent. However, soaking in the outdoor hot spring in the summer was basically just feeding the mosquitoes. The kaiseki dinner was a bit mediocre, a little disappointing.

Very good. There is a lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese. She is very considerate. The French and Japanese food are delicious.

I stayed on the first floor, and I could actually see little squirrels through the glass. The hotel is generally good, and there is unlimited ice cream. The only downside is that dinner took too long, about 2 hours.

This hotel is beyond my expectation. It is really comfortable. The hot spring is also very comfortable. The staff is also very friendly. Photos can't capture the tranquility and beauty of this hotel.

25.07.2024 Bisitelicha-nesewudexianz

The private bath facilities in the room are good. Free beer in the mini bar. Free Haagen-Dazs ice cream. In particular, the Chinese housekeeper service is very good and all difficult and complicated problems are solved.

14.07.2024 Ave_Tang

The room is very big and comfortable. The view is also very good. Everything is perfect. There are Chinese service and butlers. The station is free for pick-up. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are very good. Eat until you are full. The chef will come out to greet you. The hot spring water is a little too hot. The children can't get down. The service is also very good. There is welcome tea and dessert. Everything is very exquisite
