Since it is Japan's Golden Week, the hotel is full and cannot provide this room type. After negotiation, the hotel solved the problem very well and had a good attitude! Worth a thumbs up

I thought it was close to this place before, but I stayed at a place that was just big, but the customer service, food, and rooms were old, so this was my revenge trip. I will definitely visit again

The open-air bath was surrounded by bamboo thickets and was very nice. The location was within walking distance to see the fireworks, and the food was delicious

Uminohaha Ryokan is truly legit. The food was amazing, and the private room onsen offered stunning views. The driver went above and beyond, proactively contacting us when we were running late and coming to pick us up

One of the best hotels in Atami. Staff is friendly and the food was amazing. We held our our 2nd company executive meeting at this venue and we will come again.

There were very few Chinese guests, mostly Japanese families on vacation. We were probably among the rare Chinese guests at this hotel. We chose the Horizon room type, which comes with two private onsen baths
