There's a dedicated shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which takes about ten minutes. The hotel itself isn't far from the airport either. There's a Lawson convenience store in the lobby, and the room size is quite generous for Japan, making it perfect for overnight stays after a late flight.

10mins away from Narita airport with shuttle bus services! Although hotel is old school style but good maintenance and service is super good. There also a Lawson inside hotel with 24 hours. And the lightings in the garden is a bonus.. very good feel.

For a Japanese hotel, this room size is very good, not small at all. It's also incredibly close to Narita Airport, with a shuttle bus that takes about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! There wasn't bottled drinking water provided, but it seems the tap water quality is good enough to drink. Breakfast was also very nice, with a charming view outside the window!

The room size was just right, very clean, and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. There's a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, and a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which was great for late-night food purchases. I really liked it and would definitely stay here again.

Great option for solo travelers near Narita Airport. Hotel Nikko Narita is perfect if you need a simple, stress-free overnight stay. The free airport shuttle is reliable and makes getting to and from the terminal easy. Rooms are clean, quiet, and surprisingly spacious for one person, with enough room to open luggage. Would definitely stay again for a quick airport stopover.

Highly recommended, especially if you have an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle picks you up directly from Terminal 2, first floor, at designated spot 33 – no need for a reservation, just wait there. The hotel service is excellent; the staff are polite, and they even delivered our large luggage to the room. The room itself was spacious and well soundproofed, offering great value for money. We didn't try the hotel's buffet dinner as it was quite expensive, so we settled in and then went back to the terminal for dinner, which was very convenient for getting back and forth. In the morning, the shuttle goes to Terminals 1 and 2; for Terminal 3, it's just a few minutes' walk.

Best pick for layover or a one night rest when you depart/arrive at Narita Airport. We were there for year end and they have set up winter illumination outside the hotel, it was so beautiful. Within short walk you can find a cart rental center, sukiya rice bowl (if you dont opt for hotel breakfast). The shuttle scheduled on time, and we enjoy our stay even its a short one.

Pros: An excellent choice for early morning flights. The airport shuttle runs very frequently, and the hotel staff provided exceptional service. The shuttle driver even helped with luggage. There's also a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the first floor. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was very roomy. The hairdryer, in particular, was fantastic – powerful and left my hair feeling incredibly smooth.

Cons: Not recommended for those sensitive to smells. As soon as I opened the room door, I noticed a distinct odor. I even considered asking for a different room, but then I saw a prominent air freshener spray on the table and understood. Sure enough, I noticed the same scent on my way to Lawson. This hotel seems to have a lot of non-East Asian guests, which is understandable, but those sensitive to smells should definitely be aware.

Due to my positive impression of the Nikko Hotel brand, I chose Narita Nikko for my last night in Tokyo. The hotel shuttle is quite convenient, running approximately every 20 minutes. However, after checking in, I found the soundproofing to be really poor. I'd advise anyone sensitive to noise to reconsider staying here. Also, perhaps due to high occupancy, check-in and check-out were very quick, lacking the usual ceremonial feel I've come to expect from Nikko. All in all, I won't be staying here again.
