La Vista Tokyo Bay in Tokyo

Clean room, good location, service was ok, and Onsen in hotel is so nice that I never got use my own in room shower.

Location: very easy access to public transport including bus and sky train(U). Located just right across fish market and shopping/dining area where they have a lot of fresh foods and fruits.

Onsen:They have both indoor and outdoor with bath tub and sauna room. They also have special bath of the month where they put herb or flower powder in the onsen. You will be able to see the rainbow bridge and the harbour, and if you lucky to have clear sky like what we got in our last day here, you will be able to see mountain Fuji from distance hide behind city building.

What I like the most here is how close the hotel are to fish market, the quality of onsen, and easy access to public transport. If possible I will come here again with my family.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's still a fantastic experience. Not only is the location great, offering direct views of Rainbow Bridge and distant views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower, but the hot spring on the 14th-floor rooftop is also excellent – I visited almost every day. The room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! 👍🏻

Didn't expect to find such a great value-for-money hotel in Tokyo Bay. I was attending an exhibition in Odaiba, and it was just a 3-stop ride on the Yurikamome Line, then a 2-minute walk from the station exit on the same level to the hotel lobby. The hotel's main selling point is definitely the Tokyo Bay city night view. Even the hot spring on the 14th floor faces Tokyo Bay. The room size was adequate, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, with noticeable dust accumulation in several spots. There are some restaurants directly opposite in Senkyaku Banrai.

Also, during my 3-night stay, bottled water was only provided for two days. There was no water on the day I checked in, which was probably an oversight by housekeeping.

Self check-in was convenient, and the hotel has a decent view. It's not far from the subway and bus stations. The facilities are relatively new. We didn't use the hot springs since we both have tattoos. Overall, it was okay. There's a smoking room and a self-service coffee machine.

This place offers excellent value for money with exceptional cleanliness and attentive staff. Great onsen and easy access to Toyosu market

I chose La Vista next to Tokyo Bay, having previously stayed at their Hakodate location and been thoroughly impressed by their breakfast. After comparing hotels within central Tokyo, I decided this was the place. The breakfast didn't disappoint, and the service and facilities were also great. Oh, and they offer free ramen from 10 PM! While it's a bit far out – about a 30-minute bus ride to Ginza and at least an hour to other areas by subway – there's a subway station right outside the door, so it's fine if you're not in a hurry. The room size was standard, and there's a hot spring on the top floor where you can see both the Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower. Soaking in the onsen while watching the sunset was amazing.

The upstairs hot spring and breakfast were both excellent, and the view was great too. It was just a little on the expensive side.

Facilities: A new hotel opened in 2022, with well-equipped amenities.
Environment: Stunning views of the Minato area and Tokyo Bay – absolutely loved it!
Cleanliness: Up to Japanese standards, as expected!
Service: The service felt pretty average.
