The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line. Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes. We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick. I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel!

P.S. Their breakfast is excellent, definitely worth getting.

Extremely close to the subway, and the airport bus drops you off right at the hotel. Taxis in Tokyo are expensive, so finding a hotel with direct airport access is crucial. (Attached: how to book airport transportation from the hotel)

Great location, very convenient for getting to Disney, and the hotel breakfast is fantastic!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The shuttle bus from Haneda Airport directly to the hotel entrance is super convenient. To get to Disneyland, you just take the free Disney shuttle from the first floor, and then hop on the Disney Resort Line monorail. This time, we could even see fireworks from our room at night!

The hotel's location is great, very convenient for getting around. I specifically booked a quad room, and the sea view was beautiful. The room was also relatively quiet, and breakfast was quite satisfying. However, the room's cleanliness was just so-so. Overall, it was still a good experience with good value for money.

This was our family's second stay at the Hotel Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama, and once again, the hotel's environment, facilities, and service were all top-notch. The breakfast was also excellent, making for a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here for five nights, all booked through Trip.com. It's just a 2-minute walk to the station, and from there, you can catch a shuttle to Disneyland or the airport. Everything is incredibly convenient, and I'm very satisfied. This is already my third time staying at this hotel.

The room was spacious with three beds, and the bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. Breakfast was decent, and if you skipped it, you could use its value towards lunch or dinner. The executive lounge's happy hour was quite good, but breakfast there only consisted of bread. The hotel shuttle service was infrequent. However, the airport bus was very convenient. Our room faced Kasai Rinkai Park, and on clear days, we could even see Mount Fuji.
