I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for 3 nights. Its room was clean and well organized with modern furniture and equipment. It offers many washers and dryers as well as ice machine and microwave oven. I loved the public bath which let me recover the tried body after long walks and boosted the energy early in the morning. Its location was convenient to go to popular tourist attractions as well as easy to access trains and buses. Its morning buffet was high quality with wide variety of foods but sometimes required quite long wait to enter due to tour groups. Some rooms do not have any view as they face the next building.

It was an amazing stay. The onsen is clean and spacious. Rooms are spacious too for Japan. The lighting is on point. Water pressure in the shower is great and loved the scent of their hotel bath gels and shampoo. There are water filters to refill water and small washers/dryers at several floors.

The location is perfect for a visit to Kyoto and the hotel is very nice and clean. There is an onsen/public bath available for guests.
At first we had a room down to the road and was a bit bothered by the noise of car/motorcycles late at night - so we asked to change rooms and the staff was very helpful about it.

Enjoyed the stylish room. Loved the Onsen spa. Enjoyed the amenities in the room. V. Comfortable mattress, compared to other Japanese hotel mattresses. One underground stop from Kyoto Train Station. Also hotel location is quite central to all sights snd shopping.

Warm welcome, tourist-friendly, and a solid 3–4 star hotel in the center of Kyoto.
I stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed it. The overall vibe—from the staff to the interior design—made me feel relaxed and fully in vacation mode.
The staff were excellent in terms of hospitality. The hotel wasn’t overly crowded, and most guests were well-mannered. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and very clean. They also have a public onsen and a nice breakfast.
The location is great—right next to Gojo Station, and not far from Shijo and Karasuma. The street in front of the hotel is clean and pleasant, especially in autumn. I really enjoyed walking around the area.
