I stayed here last year as well, and the bath was amazing.
The room was clean and the amenities were well-prepared, which was great. I'd like to stay here again.

The air conditioning vents were covered in dust, which was uncomfortable. The bathroom was very nice.

I stayed here on a solo trip. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations beforehand. Since it was a weekday, there weren't many people, so I was able to relax and enjoy the large public bath and sauna. Before my bath, I had curry and boiled dumplings at the restaurant on the second floor. I still felt a bit hungry after my bath, so I went to an izakaya on the second floor. The portions were good and tasty for the price, and they're open until midnight, so I had the luxurious experience of eating and drinking to my heart's content and then going straight to bed in my room. It's a facility I'd definitely like to return to.

Service staff were efficient, although queueing to trade your keys for your shoes slowed things down. (Understandable, because this is also a day-trip onsen, so the hotel needs to ensure all tabs are covered before letting guests go.)
Facilities were old but well-maintained, although my room window couldn't be closed without force. Wide variety of baths to choose from, and convenient hours.
Note that there is no shampoo, conditioner or body soap in guestrooms, as this is an onsen facility - all soaps and bath amenities are provided in the onsen area.
Several onsite restaurants providing many food options, which made up for the lack of vegetarian-friendly options around the area.

There are many types of hot spring baths, and although it's small, the swimming pool is fun to do breaststroke, backstroke, and flutter kicks to warm up your body in a healthy way. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with a wide variety of Yamanashi ingredients, and I was full to the brim. I'd like to come again.

They were happy to accommodate last-minute changes, and the food variety was greater than we expected, so both my children and I were very satisfied.
Just one thing... after checking in at the relaxation corner, I went to the reception hoping to make a reservation right away, but they were fully booked at 5pm and I couldn't make one, which was disappointing as I was really looking forward to a massage.
The female staff member at the relaxation reception was not very welcoming.

I stayed here when my friend and I got lost.
The cleanliness and service were not bad☺️
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and was delicious.
More than anything, the baths were comfortable.
(I especially recommend the wine bath and cypress bath)
Personally, this is a hotel I would like to stay at again😊
