This is our second time visiting Naeba, and while the hotel is a bit older, it's incredibly convenient for families with kids. They have everything you need: restaurants, a convenience store, and shops selling ski gear. The ski resort is right at the hotel's doorstep, which is super handy, and if you're lucky, you might even catch some powder snow. It's also easy to get to the nearby Kagura ski resort

A big old hotel with everything you need. A proper ski in and out facilities. A lot of food choices with reasonable prices. Eventhough the hotel is old, everything is clean and well maintained. Free shuttle from Echigo Yuzawa Station is a plus too.

If you want true ski in ski out , then I would recommend this hotel. The lifts are just just 50 meters outside the hotel buildings and they lockers for each room to keep your gears, which is very convenient. The large public bath is spacious, and there is an open-air bath, which is nice. There are plenty of washing areas, and skin care products such as cleansing creams are also available. I wish I could stay in the bath until the morning.

There was dust under the mirror and windows in the room, and the toilet seat cover was dirty, so to be honest the hotel's cleanliness was poor.

The staff is helpful to guide guests to use the check in-out system, pretty advanced and very interesting compare to other hotels. If you’re visiting Tokoname area, this can be a great place to stay and easy access to airport other facilities. I like the infrastructures built around this hotel.

The hotel is close to Chubu airport about 10 minutes walk. The hotel staff is helpful on the check in process although it is machine operated.

There was no sign in Building 2 indicating that luggage couldn't be stored there, so I had to walk back to Building 1 to store my bags, where there was a free self-service storage area. This hotel is conveniently located near Central Japan International Airport's terminal, which was perfect for my flight. The staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. It was my last meal before leaving Japan, and I really enjoyed having my favorite miso soup and natto again.

The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from the subway station. The hotel reception is on the 15th floor, and downstairs there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a mall. The hotel service is also excellent.

Only the facade and lobby look grand. The only good thing is the airport shuttle goes directly there. Nothing else was good. The room was large but very rundown. The bathroom lighting was dim.

The ski-in/ski-out access at this hotel is incredibly convenient. The hotel also boasts a wide range of facilities. After a day of skiing, you can relax and soothe your tired muscles in the hot spring. Everything was great, except for the limited selection at the hotel's convenience store.

The rooms are tiny. Breakfast is the same and never changes. We asked for a thick layer of dust to be removed, but no one has done so in four days.

The morning buffet is great. It's a semi-buffet style where you can choose between Japanese or Western main dishes, but you can also have as much bread and rice as you want, so you can pretty much eat both. The free ramen in the evening was also quite tasty. The waiting lobby also has a luxurious feel.

This was my first time traveling to Kanazawa, so I was a little nervous, but this was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were friendly, and the accommodations seemed clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was great, and the large bath was fantastic. Next time I visit Kanazawa, I'll definitely book at the Manten Hotel again.

The hotel has a new and an old wing. My discounted room was in the old wing, so the facilities were a bit dated. Nevertheless, the Meitetsu property was still very well-equipped with everything I needed, and it was spotlessly clean. Its proximity to Kanayama Station made visiting the aquarium very convenient. It was very good. I was particularly satisfied with the variety of breakfast options. I would like to use this hotel again in the future. This time I stayed for work, but next time I would like to stay for personal use.

When I checked in, there was still trash in the trash can from the previous guest, so I had to change rooms. The room I was changed to was missing some amenities, so I contacted the front desk and they brought some. It was disappointing, even though I was only staying overnight.

The room was a little small, but everything I needed was compactly packed. The lockers in the changing room at the large bath were small, so it was difficult to get changed when it was crowded. The water was thick and good for a bath.

At first I really couldn't find the main door. I thought I had to take the stairs to carry my luggage up, but I ended up taking the elevator from the hot spring area to the second floor and walking through the overpass to the main building to check in! The environment is very beautiful and the soup is also good!

The place overall it's quite good, especially with the food and shinkansen package. My biggest complaint are the beds which are terrible, uncomfortable, and really messed up my back. Everything else could be awesome but at the end of the day it's a hotel and if the beds are terrible it loses out on a couple stars.

The cabin felt like being in a forest, perfect for a summer trip. However, the facilities are a bit dated, making the experience less comfortable. I should have booked a room in the main building. That would have made accessing the hot springs and gym much more convenient.

Always been a big fan of the Dormy Inn chain, guaranteed a nice onsen and delicious supper and breakfast. Checking in and out is a breeze. This hotel is located steps away from the JR station as well as bus terminal, very easy to hop on a bus to tour the city. Highly recommended.

Right across from Kanazawa Station, this hotel is super convenient with Aeon Mall nearby. Getting around is a breeze, and there are tons of places to eat at the station. I loved that the hotel has a public bath and a warm bowl of ramen at night really hit the spot. It's just a shame I didn't get to see any snow!

The hotel is nice and clean. The mattresses, in particular, could be improved. They aren't comfortable, and I didn't sleep very well. I stayed in room 613, and there was an annoying noise from the air conditioning units. A variety of amenities and a free shuttle to the station are provided. Breakfast is acceptable. They change some things every day.

The hotel is conveniently located just ten meters from the Xianglinfang bus stop, with a department store across the street. There's also an airport bus stop for Komatsu right outside. The only downside is the poor soundproofing. Unfortunately, I ended up in a noisy room next door. It was noisy around 11 PM and again before 6 AM. It's rare to encounter something like this in Japan.

The location of this hotel is outstanding for the price. Although the room was small, it was well-designed and very clean, with everything appearing brand new.
