This is our second time visiting Naeba, and while the hotel is a bit older, it's incredibly convenient for families with kids. They have everything you need: restaurants, a convenience store, and shops selling ski gear. The ski resort is right at the hotel's doorstep, which is super handy, and if you're lucky, you might even catch some powder snow. It's also easy to get to the nearby Kagura ski resort

A big old hotel with everything you need. A proper ski in and out facilities. A lot of food choices with reasonable prices. Eventhough the hotel is old, everything is clean and well maintained. Free shuttle from Echigo Yuzawa Station is a plus too.

If you want true ski in ski out , then I would recommend this hotel. The lifts are just just 50 meters outside the hotel buildings and they lockers for each room to keep your gears, which is very convenient. A bit cramped but up to apa standard. This specific location does not have a spa bath floor which i was kind of disappointed with. Seems like you would want to go to the other location just another block down if you want this amenity. Overall, its not too far from the station for quick travel to and from niigata especially if you have a morning itinerary.

The room was a little small, but everything I needed was compactly packed. The lockers in the changing room at the large bath were small, so it was difficult to get changed when it was crowded. The water was thick and good for a bath.

The ski-in/ski-out access at this hotel is incredibly convenient. The hotel also boasts a wide range of facilities. After a day of skiing, you can relax and soothe your tired muscles in the hot spring. Everything was great, except for the limited selection at the hotel's convenience store.

The rooms are tiny. Breakfast is the same and never changes. We asked for a thick layer of dust to be removed, but no one has done so in four days.

The morning buffet is great. It's a semi-buffet style where you can choose between Japanese or Western main dishes, but you can also have as much bread and rice as you want, so you can pretty much eat both. The free ramen in the evening was also quite tasty. The waiting lobby also has a luxurious feel.

This was my first time traveling to Kanazawa, so I was a little nervous, but this was a fantastic place to stay. The staff were friendly, and the accommodations seemed clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent. It's only a 10-minute walk from Gotemba Premium Outlets. You can take a bridge from the 6th floor of the car park, and there's even a prime spot on the bridge for taking photos of Mount Fuji. At first I really couldn't find the main door. I thought I had to take the stairs to carry my luggage up, but I ended up taking the elevator from the hot spring area to the second floor and walking through the overpass to the main building to check in! The place overall it's quite good, especially with the food and shinkansen package. My biggest complaint are the beds which are terrible, uncomfortable, and really messed up my back. The hotel is conveniently located just ten meters from the Xianglinfang bus stop, with a department store across the street. There's also an airport bus stop for Komatsu right outside. The only downside is the poor soundproofing. Unfortunately, I ended up in a noisy room next door. It was noisy around 11 PM and again before 6 AM. It's rare to encounter something like this in Japan.
