I come here to get rest from the Tokyo buzz. It's awesome! The place has a great variety of baths. There are also a lot of facilities inside. My favorites are the restaurant, massage chair room and relaxation services. The scenery around is so pretty, and it's great for walks. All the workers are extra friendly. It isn't luxurious, but it's so relaxing, and the price-perfomance is great!
I came here...
The rooms are a little small, but enough for sleeping 👌
The food at the restaurant tends to be quite strong 💦
The baths are great for families with children, and there's even a mini pool, so I think it's a good value accommodation ♨🍺
I always use this place when I have something to do near Fuefuki-shi.
Reasonable health spa. A little far from the station.
Hotel rooms are modest, lean, and reasonably priced.
The in-house restaurant is reasonably priced, but the level of taste is quite high and satisfying.
Visited at 21:30 on weekday, it was still crowded. This is a spa complex, there are, various kind of spa, sauna, massage and relaxation, several kind of restaurants and hotel. Not like a usual hotel, wearing off the shoes at the entrance, you should go barefoot indoors. There is no shower nor bathtub in hotel room. Good place for overnight stay, will revisit.
Huge parking lot is available, credit...
You will really enjoy inside. Just come and see. Best recommendation from me.
It was very clean and had good facilities

The hotel's breakfast tomorrow is delicious.
I stayed here last year as well, and the bath was amazing.
The room was clean and the amenities were well-prepared, which was great. I'd like to stay here again.
It was a super retreat and very peaceful! The staff was very friendly :)!
The air conditioning vents were covered in dust, which was uncomfortable. The bathroom was very nice.
I stayed here on a solo trip. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations beforehand. Since it was a weekday, there weren't many people, so I was able to relax and enjoy the large public bath and sauna. Before my bath, I had curry and boiled dumplings at the restaurant on the second floor. I still felt a bit hungry after my bath, so I went to an izakaya on the second floor. The portions were good...
Service staff were efficient, although queueing to trade your keys for your shoes slowed things down. (Understandable, because this is also a day-trip onsen, so the hotel needs to ensure all tabs are covered before letting guests go.)
Facilities were old but well-maintained, although my room window couldn't be closed without force. Wide variety of baths to choose from, and convenient hours.

The breakfast was great, and on a clear day we had a room with a view of Mt. Fuji.
The location is central, the food is good, and the place is clean.
Although it was a little far from my workplace, I was able to spend a very quiet and relaxing night.
I would like to use it again.
The staff were very friendly, and the instructions we received at check-in were clear and easy to understand. The building is not new, but the faucets and other amenities have been replaced and are well-maintained, making it comfortable. The parking lot was full, so I expected the breakfast area to be crowded, but it wasn't crowded at all, and I was able to eat at my own pace. The food is presented...
It's good that it has breakfast and a large public bath, but the basics are very ordinary, for better or worse. If you're in a hot spring town, you might want to go elsewhere.

Highly recommended! You can even bring your baby!
Beautiful rural hotel with a lovely view of the mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great onsen. Sadly did not try the dinner (apparently all you can eat crab legs!!) Enjoyable visit. Thank you!
The only amenities provided were toothbrushes and towels, which was a little inconvenient. The hotel is very clean.
Beautiful facility. The staff are very nice and thoughtful. Quiet location perfect for a little getaway from the city. About a 4 minute cab ride from the station. Onsen is tattoo friendly for foreigners. 10/10
Quiet place, the food is OK, the hot spring is very good, the room facilities are a bit insufficient, there is not enough place to put things, there are no hooks, only hangers, there is no place to put cosmetics in the bathroom, only a small mirror cabinet to put things.
so old hotel breakfast and dinner taste very average

Very good. First of all, it's cheap but spacious. The location is clean and new. I'd like to come back.
There were many restaurants nearby and it was a very convenient hotel. The bed creaked a little, which was disappointing.
The service staff is very good, the experience is good, the breakfast is great, the parking is OK, and overall, it is great value for money.
I had business around Mt. Fuji, so I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay relatively close to the area. There was a welcome drink until late at night, which was nice. There was a yakiniku restaurant next door, so it was convenient.
My family of three were looked after here.
The receptionist's service was excellent.
There was also a welcome drink service, so we were able to stay with peace of mind. There were also other guests with small children chatting with the receptionist with a smile, and I would like to stay here again.
There is a parking lot for easy parking. There are Gyu-Kaku and Matsuya within 100 meters downstairs.
Cons: Limited breakfast options

I stayed here from February 14th to 15th. It had been over 20 years since my last stay, so it was a really long time, but I was sad that I couldn't use the open-air bath. I called a companion and had a great time, and I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Nakai-san was a very kind person, and he was very considerate of my bad leg, so I really thank him.
The elevator smelled like kerosene? It smelled so bad I wondered if they'd spilled it when they were carrying a kerosene stove...it smelled so bad the whole time.
The hot spring bath was deeper than usual and had a bench inside. It was a shame that we couldn't use the open-air bath.
The hotel as a whole has an old feel, but it wasn't unpleasant. However, there was only one room key per room, which...
The rooms seem to have been renovated, as they are very clean and have a smart feel.
The elevator smelled strongly of paint, probably because it had been coated with some kind of paint.
Both the indoor and outdoor baths were large and clean, but the women's bath had apparently had a boiler malfunction, so the water was quite lukewarm, at around 35°C.
This is an older hotel that has not been renovated, so it feels faded and worn. The lobby and elevator have an odor, but the rooms and clean and odor-free. The bedding is plentiful and clean. The hotel was thoughtfully designed and built with attention to detail. There is an artificial waterfall and coy pond outside the lobby. The onsen is the crown jewel and is large and well appointed. It is located...
I use this place several times a year. It's relatively affordable among Isawa Onsen, but they serve proper kaiseki cuisine, not a buffet. I always come here in the summer. I love the warm water of the open-air bath here. From the room, you can see a garden with beautiful greenery, a waterfall and a pond. The futon is laid out in advance, but the room is still spacious. There is a large rock bath and...
I visit this inn several times a year. I think the open-air bath has only been available in the summer for the past few years (?), but when I went this time, steam was rising from the bath, and it was available even in winter. The open-air bath is very spacious, surrounded by rocks, so it feels open and spacious. The indoor bath is also spacious, and the hot water flows in smoothly. My room was a Japanese...

Great hotel. Lovely service at the front desk. We booked a smoking room as that was the only one available for the 6 of us, but it did not smell too bad of smoke. Lovely big room. The only minus is that it is a long way (1.5km) to walk to Isawa Onsen station. Loved the gardens.
Great amenities 😊 especially the tea in the room. Comfy futons.
🛁 tip: go to the bath in the morning, much better view of the misty mountain and town.
The temperature of the hot spring in the large public bath was not too hot and was just right for a comfortable bath. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of stewed dishes and was delicious.
Came with my big family including my ten month old baby. The rooms smelled of cigarettes but were otherwise very nice and comfortable. The public onsen was great, I was only able to enjoy once, but it was good. There is only one open air bath so the switch the men and women's every other day. The breakfast was ok, I've had bigger buffets at smaller hotels so was expecting a bigger selection for it...
High cost performance, the room is relatively large, but I booked a garden view room, but I was given a room without a view. There is an open-air hot spring, a private bath, a bed, and a tatami.
I was taken to the station by bus.
The temperature and quality of the hot springs were good. It's hot, but the temperature is high enough for a long bath. After I got up, it stayed slippery forever.

The service was great, the breakfast had many choices, and the hotel had a great location. The only downside was that the room curtains didn't have blackout design 😢🥹
The hotel is big, good, and convenient. The onsen is very good. There are both indoor and outdoor, alternating between men and women, giving you the opportunity to use both sides. There is also a sauna room. Shampoo, cream, and toiletries are ×POLA, and they are also sold at the hotel's super. In the morning, there are grapes from the garden for sale. As for the dinner, I booked the kaiseki style and...
The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety.
Above all, the hospitality of the staff was excellent. From showing us to the parking lot, to welcoming us in the lobby, to answering any questions we had, they were all very courteous. The taiko drumming demonstration was surprisingly good. It was impressive, and I would highly recommend it if you're staying here.
The temperature of the open-air bath outside the large communal bath was just right...
I was very satisfied with all the services.
The food was delicious, including local specialties like hoto noodles and fruit, and I enjoyed the hot springs both in the morning and in the evening.
A traditional Japanese hot spring hotel. The dinner is quite exquisite and the hot spring water is of great quality. I booked a hotel with a good value for money. My Japanese friends said they didn't book such a cheap price in Japan. I will stay here again with my family next time.

Had a great time. Our room came with 2 twin bed and even a massage chair. Onsen is easily accessible. Or you can chose to do the soaking in the room.
Somewhat older facilities, but with everything you need. The onsen is very well equipped, both indoors and outdoors.
My husband and I were on a leisurely trip and found this hotel online. The room was spacious and open, which was nice. However, the parking lot was a bit small, which was a shame.
It's a bit disappointing that there is no sauna, but overall it's okay.

The breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety of options.
I was a little concerned that the toilet was at the back of the room.
The drink service on the day was delicious.
The shabu-shabu for dinner was tasty.
There was so much to choose from that I couldn't eat all the rice, so I had rice balls instead.
The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options.
Thank you.
A nice Onsen hotel with hotspring facilities in the building. Book this room as it was the few that was vacant. Rooms are limited on the Saturday. Close to Isawa onsen station where you can take both buses, local & faster trains.
The hotel is a bit old school but nice, breakfast is a buffe which was pretty good, the onsen/shower & bathing was alright.

The room is a Japanese-style room. When I checked in, the futon was laid out, but it's nice to be able to lie down right away. The toilet and sink are by the window, so it's hard to use because the table and refrigerator get in the way. However, the refrigerator and air conditioner...
The overall evaluation of the hotel is not so good, but the day-use bathing wasn't bad. It's a 5-minute walk from Isawa Onsen Station, so you can drop in for a quick visit. This hot spring hotel has a unique design, a good hot spring layout and rich meals. Some room types also offer private baths with first-class environment. I will definitely go there again if I have the chance.
We really enjoyed our stay with our 5 year old
It was a treat to stay in a traditional hotel with Yukata and sleeping on Tatami beds.

With the end of the year fast approaching, I was looking for a place to stay alone when I found a vacancy at this hotel, and I stayed in a room with a private bathroom.

The hotel was reserved for a travel agency that we used for a tour. The entrance was decorated with a large chandelier and carpets, and William Morris' paintings were used here and there. The rooms were arranged facing a large Japanese garden, giving it the feel of a large Showa-era retro inn. The inn is old, but the amenities, such as the natural hot spring hair dryers and showers, were well-thought...
Unforgettable experience with great meals, amenities, in-room hot spring, beautiful garden. Near wineries and Mt. Fuji makes for a wholesome experience.
Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby, I liked everything
As everyone has written, this is an inn with a lobby with chandeliers, crystals, and a carpet with beautiful patterns, and a Japanese garden with Nishikigoi carp swimming. The white and black swans... seem to have already disappeared. For dinner, we had an appetizer, teppanyaki, two hot pots, rice cooked in a pot, and four dishes using solid fuel. I was able to soothe my fatigue from Shosenkyo in Isawa Onsen. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern Japanese style.
