Chubu region, Nagoya, 1-1-4 Meieki, Nakamura-ku 🧭 Map
The Nagoya Marriott is located right above Nagoya Station, seamlessly connected to the Shinkansen, subway, and shopping malls. The location is unbeatable; you arrive right after exiting the station, and shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. The room is quite spacious, and a 12:00 PM check-out is quite excellent for Japan. Meitetsu Bus and Kintetsu are just a short walk away. As a starting...
The room was very spacious and clean, and the toiletries were also of very good quality. The headrest in the bathtub was super comfortable. It was very pleasant to lie there and enjoy the night view outside the window.
Extremely satisfied with the room size, location, and room service. It's incredibly convenient, making it my top choice in Nagoya.
Located right above Nagoya Station, this hotel offers incredibly convenient transportation. Downstairs, you'll find JR, Meitetsu, and Kintetsu stations, and there are several shopping malls nearby. The rooms are on a high floor, providing great views of Nagoya. Highly recommended!
We definitely picked the right hotel for our trip to Nagoya – it's incredibly family-friendly! First off, the location is unbeatable. Takashimaya department store is right downstairs, so all our dining and shopping needs were met in one go, and transportation was super convenient too. Secondly, the room was really spacious by Japanese standards; there was plenty of room to open our suitcases, and the...
The location is fantastic, just 100 meters from the subway station. The hotel reception is on the 15th floor, and downstairs there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a mall. The hotel service is also excellent.

The room was spacious and comfortable overall, which was a plus. However, the sofa bed provided for my child was quite short and too firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the hotel does not offer self-service laundry facilities. Other than that it’s a great hotel to stay.
A very satisfying stay.
1. The front desk staff were excellent, very quick and professional with the check-in process.
2. The breakfast selection was rich, though at certain times it could get a bit crowded and require a short wait, but this was a minor issue.
3. The room was spacious, clean, and offered great views of Nagoya city. This definitely deserves a big thumbs up.
4. There's a convenience...
Very good and luxurious the hotel is also very convenient for the location
Clean and modern hotel in a convenient location. There is a Donki store opposite the hotel. The bed is a little too soft.
Room was spacious. However daily make up room service need improved as trash and used cup was not clean and disposed. Overall good.
Nice stay with courtyard Nagoya. Will stay against in next trip

Overall, the room was great, especially the breakfast. They had a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, including drinks, fruits, yogurt, and dried nuts/fruits. My only minor complaints are that I couldn't figure out how to turn off the bathroom fan, which ran all night, and I didn't get the sea view I requested in my booking notes, though the city view was still nice. The hotel is very...
The hotel is quite close to the airport, about an 8-10 minute walk. There's also a shuttle service that runs every 20 minutes to the airport. The room was relatively clean, and the bed was on the softer side, which was comfortable. The bathroom's ventilation system is very strong; it gets quite cold after a shower, but clothes dry overnight. They provided two bottles of water, but there was no humidifier...
Facilities: Very new
Cleanliness: Spotless
Environment: Our room faced the ocean, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning.
Service: The front desk lady was incredibly nice. She signed me up for a Marriott membership and even gave me a cup of instant noodles. I accidentally left my phone at the front desk, and she chased me all the way to the 11th floor to return it to me!
Location: Easily...
Fantastic hotel! The breakfast spread was great, and the coffee was superb. The room had a huge, very comfortable bed. I highly recommend it. The view from the window was lovely, and it was quiet with excellent soundproofing. Seriously, it's many times better than Toyota Castle, and the price is incredibly reasonable!
Great stay! 5-8 mins walk to the airport. Nice modern rooms.
The breakfast view was nice, a sea view, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking.

Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Karuizawa. The hotel offers great value for money, and I was really impressed by the design—the atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the space are fantastic.
The highlight for me was definitely the Ofuro (public bath) and the sauna; they were so relaxing. I slept exceptionally well here. If you’re looking for a peaceful and high...
The hotel environment is beautiful, and the facilities are very new. A special thanks to the staff for their warm hospitality, which really made our trip even better. The only downside is the breakfast—there aren't many options, and the taste is just average. The location is a bit remote, but there is a Lawson and a few restaurants nearby. Plus, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle bus to the train...
My husband and I had the best time! The hotel was conveniently located, a short drive from the train station and ski resorts. It is also very close to a snowboard rental. Want to give a shout-out to Ryu, who helped us communicate with the transport company when they sent us the wrong snowboard. Our stay wouldn't have been so lovely without Ryu and the team. Thank you!
I'd seen some reviews saying the facilities were a bit old-fashioned, but I actually found them to be perfectly fine. It was clean and hygienic, and the staff were very welcoming. Since it was winter, there weren't many tourists, so it was wonderfully quiet.
We booked two twin rooms for our group of three adults and one child, and we were all really happy with the room views.
We booked breakfast...
The room is quite spacious with a great design, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The lobby is grand with stunning floor-to-ceiling window views. There are shuttle services to the hot springs and outlet mall nearby, but the most convenient thing is the train station! 👍
I brought my own snowboard to Karuizawa. It's a 70-minute Shinkansen ride from Tokyo Station to JR Karuizawa Station. The Shinkansen luggage racks have straps to secure snowboards. After exiting the station, head to the hotel service center (open until 7 PM) located on the far right of the 7/11 convenience store at the South Exit (Pic 7). You can drop off your luggage there and then explore the Plaza...

Great location, I stayed at the Arai section, next to the Onsen, convenient. The hotel has a buffet breakfast and 5 restaurants to choose from. If you get the package deal then all of the breakfast and dinners are covered.
The mountain is serviced but a single main gondola with quad chairs that take you in different directions. Casts amount of off piste areas but the piste is a little less.

The resort is amazing. Facilities are great and clean. We will be coming back .
值得5星滑雪度假村的评级…Ski in & out
Highly recommend live in Lodge building: old money style, very comfortable
Great location for skiing. It’s a short walk from the ski room to the gondola.
We enjoyed the restaurants and onsen.
This is a quiet place.
We had a fantastic week of skiing with fresh snow on five consecutive days. Nearly all of the terrain is off-piste so good snow is needed to access most runs.
Very good ski resort. Check-in after 3 PM, check-out before 11 AM.
The facilities are excellent, but the dryer is too old. It costs a lot and takes a long time to dry clothes. I'd recommend not doing laundry here. Some staff members are poorly trained and can't answer basic questions. Even when I just tried to book the shuttle bus, they gave me a lot of conflicting information, showing a lack of communication. Had a wonderful stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Premier. The location is perfect as its just a short walk from Nagoya Station via the underground link, which was a lifesaver with luggage. Our room was on a high floor with a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Modern, clean, and highly recommended!
Pleasant stay, love the onsen area. Convenient location and lovely view
When I came to Nagoya, I stayed at the Mitsui hotel, which is very close to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel is located on the higher floors of a building, offering beautiful views. Plus, there's a large public bath where you can relax. The only minor drawback is that the bathroom facilities felt a bit outdated.
The hotel is very close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. The hotel's decor is grand and impressive. As expected from a Japanese hotel, the rooms are generally very clean. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone!
Very nice hotel at a convenient location, within walking distance to Nagoya station. Hotel reception located at 18 storey, all rooms have nice view for Nagoya city. Room is big enough for couple. Glad to choose this hotel for our trip in Nagoya.
We stayed again at this hotel for our last 3 nights in Nagoya. It is a 15 mins walk from Nagaoya station and there are plenty of food options and konbinis around. There is also a cinema located within the same building and there is an access to the basement walkway to the train station but do take note of the opening timing. Convenience location, next to train station. Hotel deco is very new. It will be even better for international visitors if tv has more foreign channels
If you want a modern luxury stay with excellent accessibility, this is one of the best hotels in Kanazawa.
Highly recommended for couples and travelers exploring the area. ✨
Facilities: A very new hotel.
Cleanliness: Very clean and high-end.
Environment: The transportation is extremely convenient. It truly lives up to its reputation as the number one hotel in Kanazawa.
Service: Excellent.
I stayed for two nights and had a fantastic experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I get the chance to visit Kanazawa in the future.
The hotel are just next to Kanazawa Station, the room size is big. Bathroom is big. Breakfast having lots of verity and quality is good.
Great service. Great location. Best hotel in Kanazawa

Had a great time at this resort hotel! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable! Had a great experience with all the ground staff. Breakfast, Lounge access staff were all excellent! Special thanks to Miyata, the lady in short hair with black jacket and trousers. They were lovely and super helpful and friendly.
Good services, bed room is clear and comfort! Williing to go again!
Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I was disappointed to find that lounge access and breakfast were both chargeable. I was told that such services are not included with bookings made through Trip.com. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked, making this a truly disappointing trip.
A great hotel in Karuizawa. Free parking is available if you're driving, and the breakfast is excellent value for money. (Renting a car is best for exploring this area)
A nice hotel in this area. Room is spacious, comfortable beds. Location is a bit out of the popular area. It is fine if you are driving. Breakfast is nice with most things that you need. The onsen bath area also quite big with outside bath.
This was my first time staying at the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. The public onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and while the facilities were clean, the area was a bit small. Nice hotel with great environment, located in the mountains where the nature is great 👍
The hotel is clean and the room is spacious, if you’re into Zen etc then it’s perfect location for that, Otherwise you will need to resort to shuttle bus and in our case we rented a car to get around the local areas. Hotel is a bit run down and little sound proofing you can hear laughing and talking of people outside your room. The hot springs also face bullet train station.
Expensive, not really worth the price.
This is a hotel I'd definitely stay at again. It's super close to Yuzawa Station, just a 3-minute walk away. All the good restaurants in town are basically right around here. Good service, free coffee, ramen and ice cream. Also their onsen very very very niceee, enjoy alot when staying there!
We are not allowed to wear our own shoes once we enter the lobby. If we are expected to walk bare feet, maybe the hotel should consider providing guest with indoor slippers.
It is very uncomfortable walking to the restaurants barefeet as no matter how clean they keep the floors, there’s bound to be food spills and oily surfaces.
Breakfast and Dinner are great, just need more variety for guests staying...
The location of hotel is close to JR station and some ski equipment rental shop. Hotel staff are friendly but some are not able to communicate in English fluently. We reserved a room included dinner and breakfast with various choice. They also provided free saki during dinner session. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will be back in future.

Highly recommend! This is the best hotel in Karuizawa.
The hotel has a very understated European style, and it took me quite a while to find the lobby. 😂😂😂

Great hotel with location next to the beautiful golf course, really handy for golfer! Breakfast is good with wide variety of food.
The staff service attitude is very good; although I did not book dinner, and do not want to drive down the mountain, in the end the restaurant can arrange a fried pork chop rice for us, really delicious 😋 still in a comfortable separate room to enjoy 👍. When I checked into Konohana, it was very foggy and snowing, so I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't see Mount Fuji. It wasn't until around 8 AM the next day that Mount Fuji started to appear, but it was truly magnificent! Both dinner and breakfast were Japanese style and quite good, and their service was excellent!
Every staff at the hotel was exceptionally warm and friendly.
The meals were also perfect.
We enjoyed both the public onsen and the in-room hot spring—both were wonderful experiences. The only area that could potentially be improved is the selection of bedding and amenities, as they could be more refined.

The room was spacious and had a jacuzzi, which was a big plus. The staff were excellent and very attentive. Both breakfast and dinner were great, with a nice sense of occasion. The food tasted pretty good too. Definitely worth a visit!
Great location but everything was very dated, the TV, western sofa set, even the car that drove us to the train station. We stayed in a room with an indoor onset which we enjoyed. The kaiseki and breakfast was very good.
Hida-Takayama Onsen Hotel is top-tier among all the onsen hotels I've stayed at in Japan. It's incredibly clean, ideally located very close to Takayama's main attractions, and just a short walk from Takayama Station.
The best Japanese hotel I've ever stayed in. The service was excellent. The young waitress who checked us in was incredibly patient, taking a lot of time to explain everything and provide information in Chinese. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and very knowledgeable. Truly commendable. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the food was superb. The kaiseki meal was meticulously...
Service is incredibly considerate, foods are delicate.
Before we set off, the hotel would send a enquiry email to understand our needs, and they offer the pick up service if they are available.
The best ryokan experience I’ve ever had. The service was truly top-end, with warm, attentive, and professional staff who made the stay feel special from start to finish. The room was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, the food was exceptional, and the onsen was peaceful and perfectly maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making the entire experience both relaxing and memorable...
