A bit cramped but up to apa standard. This specific location does not have a spa bath floor which i was kind of disappointed with. Seems like you would want to go to the other location just another block down if you want this amenity. At first I really couldn't find the main door. I thought I had to take the stairs to carry my luggage up, but I ended up taking the elevator from the hot spring area to the second floor and walking through the overpass to the main building to check in! The place overall it's quite good, especially with the food and shinkansen package. My biggest complaint are the beds which are terrible, uncomfortable, and really messed up my back. This is my second time staying Nagoya Crown Hotel. Best part of the hotel is that it is with Onsen.
