I don’t usually spring for this kind of luxury but this was a special trip for us. No regrets! Excellent food (honestly we had a hard time finishing everything, the portions are generous). Stayed in one of the lake view rooms with the tatami and Japanese style bedding, which was lovely. Recommend booking the private onsen; the view of Mt Fuji is worth it alone. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

I forgot to leave a review here because the trip was so hectic but this hotel was super nice. We had a view facing the lake and it was beautiful in the morning. The food was plentiful and delicious, although some of my friends were put off by the more adventurous items haha.

Also the service is so great. Our rental car’s battery died, and they helped us get up and running with one of their staff member’s cars in less than 10 minutes.

We stayed here for three days and two nights, and we were very satisfied with our experience. It truly felt like a five-star hotel.

From the front desk service to the hotel facilities and the quality of the food, everything was excellent and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall stay was very comfortable.

We only have one small suggestion — it would be great if the breakfast menu could have a bit more variety for guests staying multiple nights. Since we stayed for two nights, having some different options each morning would make the experience even better.

Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again.We would like to sincerely thank Kenta for serving our dinner. His service was excellent, attentive, and very professional. We truly appreciate it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Our dinner host Miki was also lovely and very warm to our daughter! The onsen was a gem and so relaxing and very clean. Never felt too busy and you can book the private bath too. The open air was great! We also enjoyed the rooftop foot bath with a view of mt Fuji! The Kaiseki dinner course was definitely a highlight and each night was such a memorable and delicious experience. The bfast buffet also has great variety and was tasty too. This experience very much felt like a ryokan and hotel and was right off the lake with a wonderful view. The Japanese futon beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space for our family of 3 to spread out. Also close walking distance to the gondola to catch another view of Mt fuji and to the station (or you can catch a hotel shuttle). Highly recommend!

The entire experience with this hotel from beginning to end was phenomenal. The attention to detail, mesmerizing views, impeccable rooms, and multitude of amenities contributed to what I can only describe as a once in a lifetime moment. Enjoying the rooftop foot bath while watching the sunset next to Fuji will forever hold a place in my heart. The beautifully crafted personal hot baths allowed for a serene sunrise soak. The public onsen which was larger in scale provided relaxation and rejuvenation to our tired soles. The in-room dining experience was unmatched and Yuki was very patient and thorough with her explanations. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area who wants to see the most fantastic view of Mt. Fuji.

The staff was very attentive and I enjoyed it even with the kids. I thought about going to the train station while I was walking on the way home, but it was helpful to book a bus right away because I noticed the atmosphere of the train station. Dinner is in-room dining. It was a bit big but it was a delicious meal that both adults and kids could enjoy. The foot bath on the roof is also great. It is open 24 hours a day so you can admire Mt. Fuji at sunrise.

In short, a wonderful inn, I want to say it again! It was a family trip with a 9 month old baby, but I was able to do it without any problems! I booked a private outdoor bath and asked for food in the room in the evening. When I arrived, Bamboo and Bouncer were prepared, which was really helpful! I asked for baby food because it would have been prepared if I paid for it, but it looked really good and my son ate it too!! In the morning, there seemed to be porridge in the buffet, but it was especially difficult, so I ate the baby food I brought, but I can lend you high chairs, dishes, microwave, etc., so I will give you breakfast without problems. Traveling with a baby was not easy, but I was able to do it comfortably without any problems. The room was very dry, so that was a minus, but I guess it depends on the hotel. There is also a humidifier, but it was more dry. In the middle of the night my son got wet even on the sheets, but it was very helpful if he changed the sheets. Sorry for this theory. The view from the room was really beautiful and the hostess was also beautiful and nice. The food was so good that I finished it! I would like to ask for a family trip next year.
