Beautiful rural hotel with a lovely view of the mountains. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great onsen. Sadly did not try the dinner (apparently all you can eat crab legs!!) Enjoyable visit. Thank you!

The only amenities provided were toothbrushes and towels, which was a little inconvenient. The hotel is very clean.

Beautiful facility. The staff are very nice and thoughtful. Quiet location perfect for a little getaway from the city. About a 4 minute cab ride from the station. Onsen is tattoo friendly for foreigners. 10/10

Quiet place, the food is OK, the hot spring is very good, the room facilities are a bit insufficient, there is not enough place to put things, there are no hooks, only hangers, there is no place to put cosmetics in the bathroom, only a small mirror cabinet to put things.

Decent hotel. Very good staff (Filipina lady was most helpful). The town is underwhelming. The wineries don’t cater to visitors like you may be used to.

Fantastic food, relaxing onsen and great service from staff. Very glad we booked this hotel. Heads up, if you want quiet and relaxing, this is a favorite stop for Chinese bus tours... Not exactly quiet...

Its Okay, But The Rooms Are Small, Only One Lift To Go To The Hotel Rooms and There is A Cemetery Near. But The Dinner Is Very Yummy. The Staff Are Very Nice, Kind and Polite. When I Was Leaving The Hotel, All The Staff That Works At The Hotel Came To Say Bye! How Warm Is That! There is Also A Small Souvenir Shop At The Ground Level. This Hotel Also Has A Hot Spring Tub. I Do Recommend You To Come To This Hotel If Your Coming To This District.☺️?
