I come here to get rest from the Tokyo buzz. It's awesome! The place has a great variety of baths. There are also a lot of facilities inside. My favorites are the restaurant, massage chair room and relaxation services. The scenery around is so pretty, and it's great for walks. All the workers are extra friendly. It isn't luxurious, but it's so relaxing, and the price-perfomance is great!
I came here alone, and with a parent, and with a spouse, and it always was an awesome restful experience. I plan to continue coming back.
I also tried a different hotel in this chain, and it was just as great. I love this place. ❤️

I am a person with tattoos and I understood that tattoos are not allowed in the Onsen when booking the hotel and I was okay with it. What I wasn't okay was that I was put in a room with no bathroom (just toilet and a sink) and when I called the reception and asked where should I shower, they directed me to the Onsen and when I explained I have tattoos they told me "We can't do anything, we're sorry". I said that I have to shower and after a long wait, they 'generously' offered me to pay to put me in a room with a bathroom. My room costed 10 500 yen for one night and if I wanted a room with a bathroom, it would be 24 000 yen- double and a half the price!
The staff in the hotel were very nice and professional and this review is in no way, shape or form reflection of them. It's a critique to the management that it's absolutely crazy in the 21st century to be unable to accommodate someone with tattoos - a private Onsen option (which I'd gladly pay to use, i don't want to bother anyone else with my body modification choices) or a room with a shower is enough. Telling me to either pay 14 000 for a single shower or just not shower is absolutely ridiculous.

The rooms are a little small, but enough for sleeping 👌
The food at the restaurant tends to be quite strong 💦
The baths are great for families with children, and there's even a mini pool, so I think it's a good value accommodation ♨🍺

I always use this place when I have something to do near Fuefuki-shi.
Reasonable health spa. A little far from the station.
Hotel rooms are modest, lean, and reasonably priced.
The in-house restaurant is reasonably priced, but the level of taste is quite high and satisfying.

Visited at 21:30 on weekday, it was still crowded. This is a spa complex, there are, various kind of spa, sauna, massage and relaxation, several kind of restaurants and hotel. Not like a usual hotel, wearing off the shoes at the entrance, you should go barefoot indoors. There is no shower nor bathtub in hotel room. Good place for overnight stay, will revisit.
Huge parking lot is available, credit card and almost all electronic money and QR code payments are acceptable.

One of Best health lands. Not so much large but there have various kind of bath and relaxation utility. Buffet of shampoo and conditioner and soap

This establishment has a day's worth of entertainment and relaxation facilities. It includes the hotel facilitiea for overnight stays, the dining area with a large variety of food options, the game arcade, a cafe, and of course the onsen. I mainly use the onsen and I love the variety of baths there, with a low and high heat sauna, a salt sauna, a medium-temperature pool, and a number of heated baths with different added ingredients. There is also a Korean scrub corner and a massage room as well. All of this providea for a very relaxing stay.
