A very unique hotel, full of musical vibes and a calming atmosphere.

Destination resort. Amazing views from the top of the hill. Beautiful and well tended garden and greenery on the property. The maitre’d of the restaurant runs it like a well oiled machine. Conprehensive wine list including highly rated Japanese reds. Service staff are attentive and bi/tri lingual. Michelin star level service. Chef is impeccable too.

Overall, a Great Japanese Hospitality with great expectations and comfort.

I chose to stay in this low-key hotel on the mountain in Atami City. Although I had to take a taxi to get in and out, I actually didn’t want to leave the hotel and my room after checking in. The scenery outside is very beautiful, there is a private onsen in the room, and the hotel services and facilities are impeccable. You can go to the lounge to have a drink, eat snacks and watch the sunset before dinner!
The hotel’s dinner serves Japanese food presented to guests in a French style. The menu can be fine-tuned according to each guest’s taste requirements and will be signed off by the responsible waiter for confirmation! With such serious service, you will definitely be satisfied with breakfast and dinner!

The hotel staff is friendly and courteous, patiently explaining all the facilities of the hotel. bar&lounge at 3:00-7:00pm, with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for free, very chill, and waiters warm hospitality and help with photos The dinner was delicious and beautiful, in addition to the stir-fried rock fish was too salty and a little unfortunate.

This newly renovated hotel in 2024 has a great mountain view. It costs about 1,400 yen to take a taxi from Atami Station. There are many highlights of the stay experience: the panoramic view is amazing, free drinks are available, and the tea rice for breakfast is my favorite. However, when dining, I found that the olive oil had expired for four months, which is really inconsistent with the hotel's positioning. Although it was replaced in time after feedback, such omissions still make people doubt the quality control of high-end services.

The hotel is super good, the scenery is beautiful, the room is large, the facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is good, and the facial cleanser and lotion for women are also provided. The water in the hotel refrigerator is free to take. The service is also great. The hotel is at the top of the mountain, and it is not too convenient to go up and down the mountain.
