Fufu Atami in Atami

This is my third visit to Kinoma Month. My previous stay was perfect, so I returned. I reserved the Akira room. Arrival was uneventful. It took a little while to be shown to my room, but that was OK. I heard they offer free-flow service on the terrace at the current building. The large public bath and sauna were under construction last time, so I was looking forward to this. Perhaps the free-flow initiative is inspired by Karaku, as they seem to be competing with each other for information. The sushi plan is priced similarly to Karaku. The large public bath was clean, but the design was a bit lackluster, as it was crammed into a small space. The sauna was very good. The free-flow service was limited in variety and was often over-replenished. Karaku wins. The hot spring in my room was too lukewarm, so I repeatedly asked for a temperature adjustment. Do they not control the temperature in advance? Well, it's a good value for money, so I had no issues. I felt sick and apologized for the inconvenience this caused the staff. However, I wanted to make a reservation again, but when I checked my February reservations at the last checkout, I was told they were fully booked. I checked the website the day before my stay to see if there were any rooms available, but they said there were none, so I gave up and headed home. Despite the valet service, my car doors were locked. What's going on? Doesn't the price include this kind of service? I was so shocked I could only laugh. When I got home and checked the website, there was a room available, but what's going on? This was the end. I won't be returning to Kinoma no Tsuki. It's disgusting. Couldn't they have offered a more luxurious inn-like service? I was disappointed because I had a good impression of them last time. The manager of the hotel restaurant once told me that their business only has one chance. One mistake and it's all over.
