The overall service and facilities were excellent, especially the open-air bath in the room, which was fantastic. It was a bit disappointing, however, that we couldn't arrange dinner on Christmas Eve and had to eat out.

I would recommend this as a Ryokan experience. Just use the luggage transfer service from arrival at the Station in Hakone to save you getting your bags up the hill.....
its easy to come down when leaving.

Atmosphere ◎ Hot spring ◎ Beautiful ◎ Food ◎ This is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in an extraordinary life. Everything was a beautiful place. For me, as a pure “I,” this is quite a high point. The open-air baths in the rooms are also very beautiful, and there are chairs. I used them many times. I had a daughter who was one and a half years old, so I was grateful for the meals in a separate room, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The large common bath was also very beautiful and stunning. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. I am satisfied.

This posting was late, but I'm still booked for summer 2021. I just don't know if you have a 0-year-old, but there was a baby bath. When I got to the room, there was baby shampoo! The dining room was very happy that we had prepared Kuhan. There were a lot of foreigners, but everyone was polite, gentle, and firm. Kudasari and gentle with the children, I was very happy. The building's interior also has a Balinese feel, but everyone was happy and not much different from a hotel, as you might imagine. The rooms were comfortable, and I also enjoyed the view. However, I think it's generally a dim concept; the toilet or washbasin was considered good when there was bright lighting. It's difficult to find anything in the room... lol Dinner, also a very delicious breakfast, was also Oyado, which you'll want to stay in no matter what.

The room is really nice and has the sauna in the room. It is really private but when showering you need to sit on the stool to ensure the opposite no one is looking at you
