We had an amazing stay! Will definitely book again in the future.

It was very good. The rooms, indoor hot springs and large communal baths are the best. You can enjoy two types of large public baths: muddy water and clear hot springs. The food was also very tasty. The staff was kind and polite. Many of our clients were aged 50 and over. It was not noisy even on the road, and I was able to spend it calmly. The spa also had a 120 minute course which was very good. It's good that the price is high. I went to various hotels and inns in Hakone, but again I thought the customer base was important. Many people have a rich heart.

Room is huge for Japanese standard , of course we paid a lot for it.

It may have looked good 10 years ago but it is only ok in today’s standard .

Bad thing - NO VIEW ! our room with a Huge balcony faced a car park , I guess that’s why they sell this room to Non-Members . Thus the Balcony serve no purpose bcos there’s no view .

Parking is easy , including access to basement parking .

The public onsen is not bad with 2 outdoor onsen .

The in-room private onsen is convenient but there is No View . I specifically requested for room with a view (not car park view) for the price I paid but knowing the Japanese inflexibility, it will be impossible to have a room change after they have allocated one , plus they r running full capacity with inadequate manpower.

Breakfast standard is way below par for this level of luxury club standard . I had much better breakfast for room half this price . They should do a lot better in the selection and quality of the breakfast. And we have to queue 30 mins for a table.

The service staff was trying to separate us from the member guests with different route , access , etc … again for the price I paid , it is totally not worth it , be it the property , the service , or the quality of the breakfast.

Overall - I will not stay here again . There is nothing good at this price that will entice my return.

An absolutely first class Ryokan. Perfect location with a view of the mountains. Amazing Onsens and spa. Breakfast and dinner included. Each serving is a work of art. Staff delivers service at the highest level. Will be coming back

Many hotels in Hakone, such as Kanaya and Hiramatsu, have been visited, but this hotel has a very good mood, because the baths are from two sources, the rooms are kept clean, and there are many children with children. excellent attitude towards food, the fact that the food, mainly consisting of fish, is not cost-effective, and the sound of the water and the night scenery are beautiful. The cost of execution is high, and I want to repeat this.
