Average APA, roomsize small, beds ok, shower ok. Why do most APA's have a step up to the bathroom, it is a tripping hazard! Non inspiring location, kind of dated building. Typical pass through location. Staff were friendly at late arrival

Stayed from October 5th to October 6th, 2025.
It's a little far from the nearest station, but it's a quick taxi ride away.
The room felt a little larger than other APA Hotels. ← Sorry if I'm mistaken.
The room was well-maintained and very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here while on business in Kofu City. It was a Friday night, so there were many guests staying, and the parking lot on the first floor of the hotel was full, but there is a second parking lot a little further away, so I didn't have to worry.
The large public bath on the first floor was also relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was delicious, so I ended up eating more than usual.
The service was good, the room was clean, and I had no complaints. I was very satisfied, but if there was anything I wanted improved, it would be that the sausages at the breakfast buffet were cold and not very tasty.

The hotel seems to be clean and stylish though some facilities are out of date. The breakfast offers a lot of options. There are some casual restaurants and a couple convenience stores, so it is very easy to eat out.

Apa Hotel in the south of Kofu
From Kofu Station, drive along Heiwadori towards the Kofu Minami Interchange and you will find it on your right.
There is a parking lot of a reasonable size in the adjacent land in Apa Hotel.
Although it is far from the station, the parking lot was full even on Sunday because it was relatively cheap.
There is no inconvenience because there are convenience stores, large supermarkets, drug stores, etc. nearby.
If you're driving, it's nice to be able to stay in a cheap and clean room even if you're far from the station.
There is also a large communal bath, so it's not so large, but it may be vacant, so you can relax.
Of course, there is also a bath indoors (unit bath)
I like APA's amenities quite a lot
Depending on the hotel, only really cheap ones may be available, but I think APA is one rank higher.

I feel the building is old in some places (only one small elevator, room key is not auto-locking, unit bath is narrow, etc.), but the interior wallpaper, bedding, air conditioning equipment, etc. have been beautifully renovated and clean. There is a feeling.
