The staff were really friendly and I had a comfortable stay. I didn't have any particular issues! Shampoo and conditioner are provided, so if you're concerned about your hair type, you might want to bring your own. I don't mind, so I used the toothbrush and other amenities.

The room smelt heavily like cigarette-smoke. Although there was a sign in the room which forbid smoking. For 3 nights it was manageable tho because of the window. The toilet-room was pretty small so you hadn't really space there. All in all i would recommend this place for only a few nights. The price was okay.

It is a simple hotel with a police box across the street and Seven-Eleven next door, where the FamilyMart staff feels good.

I used it on a business trip. The company used the 1 yen plan. I really stayed for 1 yen. surprised. The rooms are more like a love hotel than a business hotel. The room is small, but it's as cheap as 1 yen, so I'm convinced. It was helpful.

Personally, I think that there is no problem if I only sleep by myself. It is small and small. I think cospa is not bad if it is simply staying. However, I wonder if there are women who are not good at adult playgrounds.

The entrance and reception are difficult to find, so I recommend doing your research beforehand. The room is fine if you're just looking to sleep.

The building is old, but the washroom and bathroom inside have been renovated, so it is convenient to use. The staff were also kind.

I came to the Hotel by accident since everything else was booked out that night. But it was a really nice and authentic experience sleeping on a futon in my own little room. The owner doesn't speak english but everything worked out just fine. I would definitely come again.

Pretty much as what everyone says about this place. The location is super convenient you get a futon a yukata and a towel. Shared shower and toilet. The room is really crowded for two person stay but hey is super cheap. Not the friendliest host but we had no problem with him.

Front desk was nice, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Small rooms, but quite normal for japan. The bathroom had an odd smell, AC took a while to work/cool down the room and needed to stay on the whole time. The hotel is in an good location, like 10min walk from the hiroshima dome and a huge shopping strip.

Not a place with fancy decor, and the rooms are tiny. But the staff is so, so nice, and the property is as close to the Peace Park as you can get. Then it's just a short walk to a connecting line to Hiroshima Station. It has a nice little bar too, with a digital ordering pad at every table.

The staff were very polite and the room looked renovated and was even nicer than the photos. I was on a business trip, and the desk was spacious and the chair was comfortable, so I was able to concentrate on my computer work.

Unless you're looking for the executive feel of a luxury hotel, the cost performance and location near the station are quite attractive. The friendly breakfast provided also made me want to stay again. I also want to support the owner's dedicated work.

Basic hotel (not really Ryokan), close to a tram station and close to the Genbaku Dome, kinda expensive maybe because the convenience of it's location, the room has a nice tatami and a small tv, it could be bigger compared to the room size and cost, hotel had a sento bath available with limited hours so I didn't had the chance to use it

I've stayed here a few times. It's nice to be able to book ahead through the app. The rooms are nice and clean. It's a bit of a trek from Hiroshima station, and it can be hard to find an open izakaya after 10pm, but there are lots of good okonomiyaki shops around the area. They used to have VOD in the rooms but not anymore. It's a nice place. The staff are great.

Excellent budget hotel in Hiroshima, and it's walking distance from Hiroshima Station. The only thing I wasn't a fan of are the shared toilets and bathrooms. So, if you're going to stay here, note that there are no private bathrooms inside rooms. The good news is, they provide toiletries and you can refill your water in the reception area. Although it took a little time to check in the first time, it was easily accessible from the station and very convenient. Considering the price, it was reasonable that the toilets were shared. However, there was only a shower, so I went to take a bath in Ondo Onsen. If you don't mind, a shower should be fine.

The room was large by Japanese standards, but it's not sound proofed, as my room faced the main street, it was very noisy and I had a difficult time sleeping. Also the room was very dark, I would have preferred a lighter environment.

The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

Good value for the price. The checkin procedure was a bit difficult to navigate as there is no one at the location. We did find the phone and it became very easy.

Amazing space The room was absolutely amazing. The beds were a little hard, but I guess that is to be expected in Japan. Other than that super satisfied with our stay. Would love to stay here again.

It's a cute inn with a nice cafe right in front. The reception area was different from the sign and a little confusing, but the staff were very helpful. They even had shampoo available, which was nice.

Very close to the streetcar, very convenient. There is a lockable locker at the bedside, which is large enough to fit a large backpack, so you can safely put down your belongings. The staff are friendly and will take the initiative to chat.

We were so happy with our choice with GRAND BASE. Room to move and put luggage, spotless, secure, easy to check in and so very close to all the historical areas we wanted to explore. Easy walk to many restaurants and the ferry boat to Miyajima. We would strongly recommend this apart/hotel.

It was a small hotel near the Peace Memorial Park, making it easy to walk to the park and the museum without a lot of crowds. The rooms were nice and big, giving us lots of space to relax.

Family Trip We only stay for 2 nights. Location was great, close the Peace Memorial Park area and train line. It just took a bit longer to do the self check in. Otherwise was a great experience.
