Great hotel, well located, helpful staff

I've stayed here a few times. It's nice to be able to book ahead through the app. The rooms are nice and clean. It's a bit of a trek from Hiroshima station, and it can be hard to find an open izakaya after 10pm, but there are lots of good okonomiyaki shops around the area. They used to have VOD in the rooms but not anymore. It's a nice place. The staff are great.

Overall, this is a LOVE Hotel, but the cleanliness was very good, all items are seal in plastic bags to show its clean by 3rd party. room was great and huge for this price. and the facilities are good consider its just a Love hotel. location is a bit far but still a walking distance to the street car, or if you want you can just walk to the main shopping street!.
will for sure book this place or any of its branch if i were to travel near by again.

I was so happy to finally find a Japanese love hotel room that didn't smell like smoke!

I was so happy to finally find a Japanese love hotel room that didn't smell like smoke. It was affordable and convenient for those driving. Since we were foreigners and unfamiliar with Japanese love hotels, the staff even took me into the room and explained how to pay and open the door using the self-service machine at the door.

I stayed for two consecutive nights on a business trip. It was more comfortable than a typical business hotel, and with parking included, it offered excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again.

This is an older, but well-maintained property. The rooms are much bigger and better equipped than the equivalently-priced business or tourist hotel. No restaurant, but very reasonably priced meals can be ordered in the room, mainly through a Japanese-only TV system. Staff were very helpful with extra towels, parking issues, and meals were delivered punctually at the requested time. Drawback: absolutely no view of anything, as all windows are curtained and shuttered. It helps to know the custom in Japanese adult-only hotels: privacy is paramount! You see no front-desk staff, and if other customers happen to show up, you don't "see" them.
