A very comfortable and relaxing place.
The public onsen has beautiful scenery, while the private onsen offers great privacy and comfort.
The whole area is very clean, and there is a restaurant on the second floor, which makes everything very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a beautiful memory.

Met some incredibly nice staff members, and the environment was fantastic! The staff were *********, super friendly, and the floors were spotless.

For Japan, the room was quite spacious, and the facilities were very new. Housekeeping was prompt, and the Japanese breakfast was exquisite. The large, transparent windows offered a great view.

The environment here is first-rate, and the air quality is excellent. There are lots of trees around, and the hot springs are fantastic, especially the outdoor ones where you can enjoy the snowy scenery. It's really suitable for families with children to come and visit.

This hotel is definitely worth staying at. I'm already planning to come back next year! The rooms are excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The service was impeccable, absolutely nothing to complain about there. The only minor downside was that breakfast was pretty average.

The private onsen is great because you can use it whenever you want. The room type is also really beautiful.

When I entered with my luggage, I didn't see the step at the entrance and fell to the ground. No staff saw it at the time, so I picked myself up, put my shoes back down, and then went to the counter to check in. The staff had no idea what had happened. I don't think I'm the first to fall there. There should really be a staff member at the entrance. Although I only sustained minor injuries, the hotel should definitely improve this.

We booked an open-air private hot spring room, and it was incredibly comfortable to soak in the bath while it was snowing. The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese. As for the hotel's breakfast and dinner, well, they were very traditional Japanese. You might want to bring some extra food with you.

It is an excellent place to Stay and to soak in the Onsen. The room are very clean and spacious. I absolutely love the hospitality provided. In the afternoon, the free flow ice lollies is such a treat. Highly recommend this place, and I will come back again soon.
