If you're sensitive to smoke, definitely avoid the smoking rooms. Even the air purifier was steeped in secondhand smoke. However, the hotel's overall facilities are good 👍. There's a massage chair and various multiplayer card games available, as well as a play area for children.

Close to new chitose airport. Free shuttle bus service is a plus. Room is small but for over night stay before flying out is better than sleeping in the airport. Timetable for the free shuttle is posted.

Originally, we only stayed here for one night due to a flight connection, but the experience far exceeded our expectations! The hotel offers great amenities like an on-site hot spring, massage chairs, and a gym. Plus, the complimentary ochazuke (tea rice) for late-night snacks was such a nice touch—perfect after a long day of traveling. What’s more, they provide free airport shuttle service, which saved us a lot of trouble.
In the morning, the golden sunlight streaming through the courtyard was absolutely stunning, adding a peaceful and beautiful start to our day.
Considering all these, the price is really reasonable and worth it. Highly recommend this place for transit travelers!

Furniture is a bit aged, overall all good. Stayed there in 2008, till now everything in the room still looks the same. Lol

This place is good for couples and people staying near chitose and price was cheaper as well. The amenities was good and they had free massage chair, onsen, kids play area, free coffee service and free shuttle bus service.
Disadvantages: shuttle bus pick up from airport is available only in evening time which was bad since we arrived in morning and had to take public transportation to reach hotel, the staffs during checkin time at evening was not with good attitude but staffs in morning was much better, greeting with smiling face and talk much kindly to customers.

1. Close to New Chitose Airport.
2. Good breakfast
3. walking distance to a family mart and a nice Japanese Barbeque Restaurant
4. Provide free shuttle service to the airport during morning which is an added point
5. Service free coffee

They offer shaved ice, iced coffee, and hot water. There's also a hot spring for guests to enjoy. The room itself was quite spacious and tidy. The only slight drawback was the lack of USB charging ports, but luckily, a staff member was able to lend me an adapter.

They are quite complete as a hotel. Hotel is a bit old but location is good ~ Near airport 20 minutes by hotel airport van.
