お世話になっておりました。
I stopped briefly to unload luggage and was still in the process when a staff member pointed, shouted, and aggressively ordered me to move, treating me as if I were not a paying guest, but someone unwanted.
There are two parking areas. One was clearly marked as full, while the other had Japanese-only signs. As an international guest, how am I supposed to understand that without explanation?
A simple, polite request would have been enough. Instead, I was humiliated and disrespected.
Being told later that this is a “good hotel” is completely false. A good hotel starts with basic manners and respect.
Strongly not recommended, especially for foreign travelers.
HR seriously needs to review their staff training.
