1. There is a izakaya (居酒屋) opposite and its taste good. The Q is long but worth it.
2. This hotel provide shutter bus to new Chitose airport. There are certain timing for the bus. Remember to registered at the front desk
3. The breakfast spread was similar to what most hotel offer.

Staff were very nice and friendly.
The hotel is very clean and quiet. The reception staff is professional. They helped me to fill out the documents for the airline quickly.
Our family booked both smoking and non smokng rooms but the hotel can’t accommodate us the non smoking room. It took us 3 hours right in front of the front desk to deal with the matter. What a waste of time!
