Great location- close to seafood market and train station.

The location is convenient to the station and downtown, so I was able to tolerate the small size of the room. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and service.

Near railway and bus stations as well as a tram stop for both lines, it is a comfortable hotel.

Fantastic location. 5 minutes from Hakodate station. Surrounded by great places to eat and drink. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the counter cant communicate in english. The male staff show impatience when we request for upgrading room with additional charges we paid.

Good customer service
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We are facing some connecting flight issue. The staff member, who is called Kan, was trying to call and check with airlines.

Close to the train station and morning market. Staff speaks English and was very courteous. The room was larger than expected. The city tram stops right in front of the hotel making it convenient to reach the two major tourist areas within a few minutes.
