Both the service and the structure could be improved, with more attention to cleaning (especially for dust). During breakfast the staff was very rude to us, to the point of not even returning our greeting. I wouldn’t go back.

Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Free ramen as supper. Coffee machine 24 hours . Location is super good.

A fantastic hotel, especially beautiful view , the free ramen at 10 pm and the amazing breakfast buffet. The only problem is the small rooms, but that's typical of Japanese hotels.

Excellent location in Hakodate, all walking distances from major attractions - red brick share houses, the churches and government houses, morning market etc. Breakfast spread was excellent and the sashimi seafood for chirashi bowls are fresh and delicious. My only complaint is that reception staff can learn to speak some English especially when the hotel is full of tourists from various countries. The room is rather small and crammed even for a solo traveller. The onsen is nice but gets rather crowded especially in the evenings. The lounge area has a beautiful view of the bay.

The hotel is not far from the station, about an 8-9 minute walk, and they offer a shuttle service to the station.

The breakfast was incredibly lavish, with everything you could possibly want.

From various vantage points, including the restaurant and hot springs, you can see Mount Hakodate.

The room was spacious, which was great for traveling with kids. There's a supermarket on the first floor, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It's an ideal location, very convenient for getting to Mount Hakodate and the train station. There were always taxis waiting right outside the door.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, and the rooftop onsen was incredibly relaxing. The location is absolutely superb, right next to Hakodate's major attractions, and there's a food court downstairs. My room faced Mount Hakodate, offering a fantastic view. The hotel breakfast was very extensive, with lots of seafood, though I'm not used to eating it. Overall, it was a great experience!

The environment was quite good, but the hot spring had a strange odor, so I didn't dare stay in it for too long. The breakfast was indeed excellent. I hope the service attitude towards Chinese-speaking tourists can improve, and it would be great to have a front desk staff who speaks Chinese.

Spacious and comfortable room with an excellent breakfast that truly lives up to its reputation.
Well-managed public bath and open-air onsen, with thoughtful amenities prepared in the room.
Free late-night ramen is a nice bonus, and the location is great for walking around Hakodate Bay.
The view from our room was absolutely beautiful.

Fantastic experience! The breakfast was delicious, and the late-night ramen was a real treat. The open-air onsen was great, and the view from the window was beautiful. We upgraded to a double room, and the bed was huge and super comfortable – loved it! The location is incredibly convenient, and they even gave us a complimentary cheesecake. I'm giving this a solid 100 points!
