Booked the room with a private onsen and it was an amazing experience! The staff there are also warm and welcoming. Soe showed us our room and patiently explained the different opening hours for lounge and cafe. Breakfast included was a traditional Japanese style course and it was an amazing experience

Perhaps because we checked in late, we were offered an early dinner and an early breakfast. Since we checked in late at noon, we managed to request a later dinner, but it was a bit difficult the next morning. If you have a preferred time, I recommend checking in earlier.
The room was spacious and very nice!
Perhaps because there was a bath in the room, the large public bath was empty and we had it all to ourselves, which was great as we could see the planes.

Very good hotel, stylish, and attentive service. However, the facilities are a bit old, which is a common problem of Japanese hotels. The windows of the indoor hot spring are very old-fashioned aluminum alloy windows, which are not very convenient for taking pictures.

Disadvantages: The room is old and the price/performance ratio is average. The price is 1050 per night and the bathtub is the smallest. Advantages: It is close to the airport. It takes about half an hour to take the tram to the city. The transportation is very convenient.

The air conditioner in the bedroom makes a loud noise when it is running, which affects sleep. The sound insulation of the floor is also poor. Someone is running upstairs, and the sound downstairs is very obvious. The bedding is not good, and the pillow is as hard as sleeping on a wooden board. The staff's English proficiency is worrying. The dinner meal prepared for a five-year-old child is exactly the same as that for adults. A bunch of raw food. Except for changing the alcoholic beverage to juice, no other special considerations were made. This kind of service is not proportional to the price. It is far different from the experience I had when I stayed at Noboribetsu Tower a few years ago.

When people book a hotel, they usually think that booking a room is enough, and there is no option to just click on the first booking option of the hotel on Ctrip. See the red part in the picture. When we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to stay in one room for two nights. If we double the room fee, we contact Ctrip and in the end Ctrip will only bear part of the difference. Most of it is borne by ourselves. The experience is very poor.
