I stayed here for two nights and had a great time. It was cheaper than nearby hotels, and the parking lot was 500 yen and available for unlimited entry and exit. At other budget hotels, you might encounter issues like a crowded breakfast area, slow check-in and check-out, or a noisy atmosphere. However, here, I was able to enjoy breakfast at a relatively leisurely pace, and even though I checked out at a normally busy time, it went quite smoothly.
I was quite surprised to find that the coffee machine in the restaurant was a DeLonghi! It was delicious.

While people may have different preferences, I was very satisfied with the service I received, which exceeded my expectations for the price.

It offers good value for money. It's also not far from Hakodate Station. There are good restaurants nearby. Overall, if your expectations aren't too high, it's a good value hotel. While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, it's sufficient.

Although the hotel's facilities are old, it's conveniently located next to the train station and Matsukaze-cho, with a McDonald's, drugstore, and local convenience store nearby. Yokomachi is a 5-minute walk away for dining. Overall, it was a good experience.

Although it is an older hotel, it is well-maintained and clean. Considering that breakfast is included, it seems to be very good value for money.

The location is fantastic, about an eight-minute walk from Hakodate Station. There's a McDonald's right next door, a large drugstore across the street, and a convenience store next to the drugstore—it's perfect!

The breakfast is simple but decent, and the staff are all excellent. A highly recommended restaurant.

If you don't smoke, don't save the non-smoking room fee. The room was quite smelly.

The location was terrible, and the facilities were average. The front desk staff was the only good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone traveling unless you're looking to save money.

The location is perfect, right in the middle. We were checked into our room before 2 p.m. And thank you to the front desk lady. The bed and room are small, but there's just enough space to spread out a large suitcase, which is a nice design. The warm light is very effective (it's just two bulbs 💡), and the hand soap smells nice. Cons: The laundry was a bit dirty.

Cool little hotel hidden away in a corner of Hakodate. It's still walking distance from the station and other sights, the price is extremely affordable and they have snacks machines in the lobby. I got a very "chilly" vibe from the lobby - the staff are just standing around in silence, no music, seems kind of dreary? They could do something to make the lobby area seem more pleasant and fun, but overall I was happy to get such a great deal, and I would stay there again.

Quite a nice place to stay. The room was a bit small but God for the price. The bus/team station is right down stairs making it very convenient to get around. However, I wish they didn't give me a flyer advertising the AV that is available on TV in the room.

Very nice hotel about 15min by walk from Hakodate JR station.
Excellent price for value.
Hotel and rooms have been renovated.
Breakfast is average.
Many restaurants options around the hotel👍
