All In Stay Hakodate in Hakodate

An excellent option for a stay on a budget, but has some room to improve. In particular, the bed and pillows were quite firm and didn't make for the most comfortable night's sleep.

However, the rooms were clean and quiet, and included breakfast was nice, and the staff were wonderful. We got by just fine with minimal Japanese vocab.

For a winter stay, the location is just far enough from the station that you may not feel up to making the walk.

The breakfast buffet is hands down one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had (or maybe I kept my standards low because they’re usually not that great). Although it leans more towards a traditional Japanese breakfast, my friend who doesn’t enjoy natto, fish, and tsukemono, had plenty to eat. Their breakfast starts at 7am-9am. Staff are friendly. I don’t think I have any complaints. Since I mostly booked this hotel just to sleep, I’m comfortable with the room. For the price, I believe it was worth it. Although I wasn’t able to use the laundromat, I believe it’s behind the front desk. I wanted to do some laundry but it was already closed by the time I got back from Sapporo. My regrets would not being able to leave a tip and not having their breakfast since I left for the first train out of Hakodate. Thank you, hotel all in stay

A very affordable option for lodging in Hakodate. It is within walking distance of the JR Hakodate station. This hotel was very clean and had all the things I needed. This place does not have a lot of amenities but it gets the job down. It's just a place to sleep and shower while you are traveling.

we had very pleasant stay in this hotel.
the room was clean (the building was recently refurbished), the amenities were adequate, and the staff were very helpful especially when we wanted to use the laundry and microwave because the instructions were all in Japanese.
