Excellent place and location, the service is also good and the price is affordable. The place is very near to the Himeji Station and the Himeji Castle. I would stay here again 👍

We had a really good stay here. The hotel is in a great spot, not too far from Himeji station and very easy to get to the castle from there. The highlight for us was definitely the free public bath inside the hotel. It was so relaxing to use the sento after a long day of walking. The room was comfortable and the whole experience was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom drain smelled like urine and was really bad. It was fine because there was a large public bath, but it would have been terrible if there wasn't.

Smoking room was INCREDIBLY smelly, but all other ammenities were nice

Location wise and facility wise is good but the cleanliness inside hotel rooms and lobby is not so great. I would personally not stay here for more than 3 days if given an option.
They have free dinner which is a positive point.

Dinner and the free happy hour including alcohol were good. Most of the staff were not Japanese, so it felt like I was in a foreign country.

It's a little far from Himeji Station, so it might be inconvenient when the weather is bad. However, there are convenience stores and McDonald's nearby, so it's convenient. The facilities are old, but other nearby hotels are similar. I didn't use the large public bath or the free food and drink this time, but they are good value, so I recommend you use them. I regret checking out while still reading a manga orz

There was only one hair dryer in the bath, which could hardly be called a large public bath, which was a problem.
There was a shampoo bar, which was nice to be able to try, but the carbonated drinks at the drink bar, such as coke, were so watered down that they were undrinkable.
All the staff were foreigners, and we were all planning to eat together around 7pm, so I wasn't sure if they would understand my request, so I gave up on the drink bar and probably won't be back next time.
The only good thing was that parking was free.
