Reviews
Cleanliness: Both the hotel's public areas and the rooms were clean and tidy.
Service: The staff were friendly and helpful.
Facilities: There's a chargeable public bath on the 31st floor, but it gets very crowded. The room size was good, larger than hotels in Tokyo, and could fit two suitcases with space to spare. The buffet breakfast was busy, and while the food variety wasn't extensive, the ingredients were fresh and tasty.
Perhaps because it was off-season, staying here felt like great value for money when visiting Universal Studios.
Very Convenient to the train services to Osaka Central. There are kiosk or staff event to access to Shinkansen amending services.
Good to have a Public bathhouse on the top floor with a stunning view of the cityscape.
