Excellent hotel! The entire property has a wonderful old-world charm. The large terrace offers a beautiful view, and they even provide essential oils for an aromatherapy diffuser, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kobe.

The check in process is slow, inefficient, and not customer friendly. They ask you on the very first day of your arrival about the exact time of your breakfast and room cleaning, which is unreasonable and not thoughtful. English speaking ability of the staff is also very poor.

The hotel overall is good. Service amd facility are all good. Only one problem and I will never book this hotel again for this reason. The hotel only has room service for breakfast. And really don’t like it. When I used this hotel 3 years ago, they restaurant for breakfast is really wonderful. Unfortunately, now it is only open for lunch.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large and clean, we enjoyed the bar with a jazz singer, the food was delicious. I love the jacuzzi bubblebath and the amenities is awesome all rooms has verandas you can see the beautiful view of kobe tower & port .The only thing I didn't like was the receptionist at the front desk, not friendly, the treatment was not welcoming, you didn't see a smile when greeting.

The terrace was very comfortable. The room is large and the windows open wide, so you can enjoy the fresh air comfortably. The staff is also very polite. The breakfast is delicious, so you should definitely eat it. The Japanese-style room was also comfortable and quiet, which was useful during online meetings. I was surprised that the drinks in the fridge, especially the alcohol, were cheap, probably because the restaurant did not serve alcohol. For dinner, I went to the room and had a beer and mini coffee from the fridge.
