Nakanobo Zuien in Kobe

Exceptional service. We were first greeted by a staff member who helped us with our luggage. The hotel staff were very polite and made us feel very welcome. They answered our inquiries patiently. Although some of them were not very proficient in English, the ladies tried their best to help us.

The hotel location is excellent—right next to the express bus stop, so it’s very convenient if you take the express bus from Namba Osaka. The meals provided by the hotel were good, especially the breakfast. The large and clean onsen pool is also a big plus.

This was my third time visiting Arima Onsen. This time, I took the express bus from Sannomiya Bus Station in Kobe. The hotel is a 300-meter walk from Taikobashi Bus Station. Check-in is at 2 PM. The hotel doesn't accept children. It's not new, but well-maintained. The rooms are quite large, and there are complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. Breakfast and dinner are both available, with two main courses. The onsen includes both gin and gin yu (gold and silver baths). The next day, I took a bus from Tenkakubashi to Kobi Premium Outlets. Hotel check-out time was 12 PM. Due to rain, my original plan to take a bus from Tenkakubashi to Sannomiya Station to transfer to the Osaka Saikan Airport Bus had to be changed, as there was no shelter from the rain at the Tenkakubashi bus station. First, I took the hotel's free shuttle bus to Arima Onsen Station, one stop to Arimaguchi Station. From there, I transferred to the subway across the street for 5 stops, then transferred to the Kaigan Line subway across the street for two stops to reach Sannomiya Station. Finding the Kansai Airport shuttle bus stop at Sannomiya Station was a bit of a hassle; the signage inside the station was poor. There was a ticket machine near the boarding point; the fare was 2200 yen, and the journey to Kansai Terminal 1 took 1 hour and 5 minutes. The total travel time from Yuma to Kansai was over 2 hours.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Arima Onsen town. Snacks and green tea are served at check-in. The facilities are very well maintained, the onsen facilities are excellent, and the staff are friendly and polite. Many local Japanese tourists were present. Lunch and dinner were both eaten at the restaurant; the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. There's also a complimentary drink and cookie area on the first floor, and a happy hour with alcoholic beverages in the evening. One private bath is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The other family bath requires a reservation and payment. Recommended.

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. The rooms are very clean, although they are a little small for three people. The hot spring is very nice. The price-performance ratio of one night's stay with two meals is excellent. The hotel has a small courtyard and a small torii gate, making for a very pleasant stay.

You will love this hotel. When we arrive a hotel by car. The staff will help you parking and take off the luggage to your room. Everything in hotel is perfect the room with onsen is very nice.

Staff is very friendly and spoke a little English. The hotel itself has very wide hallways and is clean and well maintained. Location is right in the middle of the town and is very convienent.
