The staff were incredibly friendly, and I genuinely felt well looked after. However, for those who enjoy early morning solo walks, it might be a bit inconvenient, as you have to leave your key at the front desk every time you step out.

Overall is a-bit aging, feel slightly expensive for such old school hotel. Their receptionists are friendly and helpful btw 🤓

The room is very spacious and can accommodate many people. It has a traditional style.

Overall, the property feels quite dated, understandable as it's been open for a considerable time. The door lock also felt a bit insecure. On the plus side, the room was more spacious than I expected. The onsen bath was also quite small. However, the tatami bedding was surprisingly comfortable.

I really loved the excellent location, the quiet ambiance, and especially having a bathtub. As it's an older hotel, some facilities are a bit dated, but I actually found that added to its charm.

A great place for a trip with friends. The hotel was easy to get to and very clean, making for a comfortable stay.

A fantastic room! Although listed as 19 square meters, it felt incredibly spacious. The 1954 building is impeccably maintained, and the washbasin design in the bathroom was distinctly Japanese. My daughter loved it so much she didn't want to go home!

I booked this place last minute the day before my trip, so I didn't have high expectations, but it was much better than I thought. While the overall facilities felt a bit dated, the cleanliness and other aspects were good. The public bath on the first floor was also quite nice. Breakfast was enjoyable too. Even the kids said they really liked it.
