The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, with convenient transport links nearby. The breakfast spread was excellent and the surroundings were beautiful. Next time I'm in Osaka, I'll definitely choose a high-floor room again to enjoy the panoramic city views overlooking Shinsaibashi.

I had such an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre and would absolutely stay here again when visiting Osaka.

From the moment I arrived for check-in until the day I departed, the staff were truly phenomenal. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable. One small detail that really stood out to me was the breakfast staff remembering my name after just a couple of days. That kind of personal touch made the stay feel much more thoughtful and memorable.

The rooms and amenities were spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also incredibly convenient. It was only about a four-minute walk to the subway station, making it simple to get around Osaka and visit different neighborhoods and attractions.

There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and sights within walking distance, which made it a great home base for exploring the city. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Why did they give us a room on the 14th floor? For our entire 3-day stay, we were the only Chinese guests, and the room was so small we couldn't even open our luggage. The service wasn't as warm as the Holiday Inn Tokyo. Even though I'm an IHG member, they didn't register my membership when I showed my card, nor did they tell us there was a coffee machine on the 3rd floor. Breakfast on the 2nd floor was chaotic. We had to pay the departure tax on the day we checked in. The navigation for Honmachi Station exits was completely inaccurate; we ended up coming out of Exit 9, which made us walk around Shinsaibashi market. My Apple navigation also stopped working on the day we arrived, so I had to walk from the hotel to the Apple store in Osaka to get help from the staff. I saw on some social media that Google Maps has been having similar issues recently. There were also tour groups staying at this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel many times. It's always clean and the breakfast is great.

The room was small but very clean, perfect for one adult and one child. It's close to the subway station and Shinsaibashi is nearby, making it super convenient for shopping. Since it's a special time, the hotel wasn't very busy. We had a late flight, and they kindly offered us a late checkout.

The hotel room was very comfortable with a beautiful view. It was also conveniently located, right next to Honmachi Station, and Shinsaibashi was just a 15-minute walk away. There were plenty of dining options around the hotel. They were very accommodating with luggage storage as well.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was a highlight – there were so many options and a great variety! It was super convenient that they even offered to pack breakfast for us to take with us to USJ beforehand. The laundry facilities also worked perfectly. My only minor comment is that the room was a little on the small side, so next time I'd definitely book a slightly larger one.
