Good location to transport, plenty of eateries options, ample and clean room facilities, friendly customer service team. The hotel does not provide bottled water. Breakfast menu most dishes are repetitive, but sufficient.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Location good and easy to find. Place is clean. Hotel staff helpful. I’d recommend this place. Onsen was good.

The hotel is conveniently located with direct access to Kyobashi Station. I've stayed here multiple times. I enjoy the relaxing silk bath, but it was very crowded this time. The hotel offers self check-in. I hope the service staff can improve. Thank you.

I stayed at this hotel in Osaka and honestly, it was very new and amazing especially the location. Located right in the Kyobashi area which you have full access to JR line, Keihan line (goes to Kyoto) and Subway tsurumiryokuchi line (goes straight to Sinsaibashi), made getting around super easy.
There are heaps of restaurants right outside that stay open until midnight, so even if you arrive late, you'll always find somewhere to eat. There is 7-11 convenience store underneath the hotel, as well as amazing morning buffet. 🥞🍳🥓(Extra 1980yen for those staying at the hotel)

Osaka castle 🏯in walkable distance, Osaka Umeda station in 10 min JR line ride, Shinsaibashi by Subway for 15 min, you really can't beat this location.🚃

Amenities are pretty good — towels, pajamas provided everyday, all other essentials are available at the front including face masks. No water in the room but has 7-11 convenience store in the hotel so you really can get anything.

The best thing about this hotel is they have Onsen (hot springs) available till 1am every day. Super refreshing and clean too.♨️(Same as ordinary Japanese Onsen rules, no tatoo allowed fyi)🙅🏻♀️

That said, the room was super new and clean, comfortable, and very convenient. One of the best parts was the hot spring - it was really nice to relax and take a bath every day. The room also came with a hair dryer, hair straightener, and a big tv that you can connect Netflix etc. d

A little bit of a walk from Kyobashi station - it is connected via a link bridge from West entrance, but it is a maze to find the west entrance in Kyobashi station. At least there is lift and escalator. Kyobashi is a direct local train to Kansai airport - please remember to sit in the first 4 carriages to secure a seat for the ride.

Breakfast is a slightly unusual Japanese-western fusion. Not a wide spread. Separately, there is a 7-11 on the second floor that closes at night.

Room had river/canal view.

There is no view from the public bath. Public bath is spacious and has an outdoor fizzy bath.

Exiting N22 Kyobashi Station, take the escalator up and cross the skybridge. You'll spot a 7-Eleven; the hotel is located right above it. The reception is on the 3rd floor.

The room is compact but well-designed with a square layout, making efficient use of space. It's very clean, and the window soundproofing is excellent, though you can still hear conversations in the hallway.

Toiletries are available for self-collection next to the elevators on the 3rd-floor reception area.

The hotel offers a hot spring bath, which we didn't have time to use, but yukatas (bathrobes) for the hot spring are provided in the room.

The room is spacious enough to open two 28-inch suitcases, and the bathroom and shower are surprisingly large with a separate wet and dry area, which is very typical of Japanese hotels. The 11th floor has a hot spring bath, and though I haven't used it these past few days, it always looks busy, so it must be good. Also on the 11th floor are four coin-operated washing machines with dryers, perfect for doing laundry when you get back in the evening. It's very close to JR Kyobashi Station, and there's a convenience store downstairs where you can buy things and get change for the laundry, but it only operates until 11 PM.

The location is fantastic, super convenient, right next to the station. The soundproofing in the room is excellent too; even with the trams running outside, you can't hear a thing once the windows are closed. They clean the room and change towels every day, and the service attitude is impeccable. Plus, you can store your luggage there. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

The mirrors are huge! There's one in the bathroom and a separate vanity mirror, both super big! 👍👍👍 There's a self-service laundry room, and you can see its availability on a screen, which is really convenient! The room size is comparable to those in Hong Kong. Getting around is also very easy, as the subway station is directly connected to the hotel! P.S. For those taking the Osaka Loop Line to Umeda, just follow the JR signs!
