Great little hotel with very friendly staff who helped us book taxis and a restaurant reservation. We picked this hotel because they had bikes for rent and we used them to bike up and down the river banks and to the Osaka Castle grounds. As to the room, we selected a room that was quite roomy with a king size bed overlooking the river. The room was very comfortable with large windows on the 8th floor (same floor as the access to the rooftop terrace). If there is one nit picking element is that the king size bed was just a bit too big for narrow room making it very hard to walk on both sides of the bed. A slightly narrower with the legs inside the edge of the frame would have helped to move around the bed. But overall, a good layout with also a small couch and a table.

Loved this hotel was the first place we stayed on our Japan trip and couldn’t fault it. Close to river so a little bit of tranquility in the busy city. Staff very helpful. Great coffee, would certainly stay again.

I’d like to have given a better review but in truth the room is tiny and freezing cold. You have to have air conditioning blasting to warm up and that goes on and off. There was a cold air vent blowing in that couldn’t be turned off. Shower was great. Bed fine. Ordered breakfast, which is a set menu of hot food or granola, then juice and hot drink. The juice was a tiny glass and was one third filled! I asked for more and they said no and another member of staff also explained I’d have to pay more. He said everyone gets the same amount, but that wasn’t my point. It was two gulps of juice, which is tiny for everyone. I hope they will change this. Overall was grand but I wouldn’t pay more than 10000 yen for a night.

Second time here, and it was just as good as the first time! The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Amenities are faultless. The location is great for tourism and business.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very kind and welcoming. I especially liked the onsite laundry facilities and the delicious food in cafe. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is modern and super clean. The staff are lovely and very friendly, they all speak very good English too. The shared bathroom area is also very clean and, when I was there, it was pretty empty so I never had to wait ☺️

It’s about a 7 minute walk to the closest metro, very convenient, and you can walk to Osaka Castle in under 20 minutes. The area itself is pretty quiet but there’s a couple of convenience stores close by and one night I went to a nearby Indian restaurant- would highly recommend!

Overall a lovely hotel in a peaceful area, perfect for coming back to after a long day of exploring.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Noum Osaka. Located in a vibrant area, it was just a short walk to popular spots like Dotonbori and Osaka Castle, which made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. My room was well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable throughout my stay. I also loved the dining options, especially the café, which was perfect for a quick bite in between sightseeing. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations for local attractions and dining. With easy access to public transportation, Hotel Noum Osaka was the perfect base for my time in the city. Whether you're here for business or leisure, I highly recommend it for a memorable experience in Osaka.
