+ card pass to access building at night when there is no front desk around

+ i booked it few days prior and it was only about ¥1100~¥1200 for one night
- users does not keep the place clean, they throw their rubbish everywhere in the toilet such as by the sink and on the bin instead of stepping the bin paddle and throwing them inside

The dormitory is large enough to accommodate about 20 people, and there is only one mixed-gender dorm room. (I think)
The number of beds is relatively limited, so it doesn't feel crowded. I like the spacious layout.
This time, I was assigned to the bottom bunk bed, closest to the entrance...
I liked that the bed came with sheets and duvet covers. I don't think I've ever seen a bnb+ where you have to provide your own sheets, so this was a well-planned arrangement.
I was a little concerned about the narrowness, but there was a small shelf-like step (which was actually quite convenient! lol), and most importantly, it felt clean!
I slept soundly until morning!

This is a dormitory-style hotel located less than a 10-minute walk from Honmachi Station. The location is excellent, and check-in was smooth.
While the beds were a bit hard, the clear separation of individual spaces and the overall cleanliness were very positive.
The toilets and showers were also well-maintained.
However, despite the room information stating separate facilities for men and women, the women's section was actually used as a storage room, effectively making it a shared facility, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the lack of replenishment of amenities such as tissues and hair treatments is something that should be improved.
Other guests were well-mannered, and overall, I had a comfortable stay.
Considering the many high-priced hotels in the area, the price was very attractive. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Very dirty and a strong smell. Ive been to many hostels around the world and this is one of the worst ones Ive been at. TRY TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've stayed at many bnb's but it was so bad that I don't even want to give 1 star. Are your staff students? Are you living with a live-in? It was very dirty and the common areas were not cleaned at the time of check-in. When I wanted to use the washbasin, the male staff told me that the cleaning staff wanted to use the washbasin, huh? It's been a long time.
His attitude toward customers is also arrogant, and I wonder how it would be to speak with a woman. It's a better level to dismiss. Very rude and offended. I will never use it again. Please do not use one woman.

This is a dormitory with very bad customer service. When I forgot my Touch ID card in the dormitory, I called and told him about it, and he said, "You will be charged 20,000 yen to unlock the security." It's the customer who's at fault." 😂😂 The owner thought that he would never use it again and that this review was justified! Bruised!

Never recommended for women
⚪︎I can't get enough of the smell as soon as I get off the elevator. It smells like a man. It stinks all the time.

I finally got through on the 4th phone call, but I couldn't hear and talk with a playful voice that made me think he was taking drugs.
