The location is quite convenient, with a direct bus line right downstairs to the hotel. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, and a well-stocked Aeon supermarket downstairs. The room isn't huge, but it's not cramped for two people. They provide drip coffee and toiletries downstairs. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied.

The room was pretty standard, similar to a business hotel back home – clean and simple overall. The hotel's location is super convenient too; it's only about a 5-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off.

The deluxe room type is quite spacious for Japan, with excellent soundproofing and complete facilities. The hotel staff's service attitude is outstanding. The breakfast was good, but the door on the side of the restaurant facing the road was drafty, making the environment a bit cold.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's not as noisy as the Namba or Shinsaibashi areas. Nearby, you'll find Kintetsu Department Store, Aeon's lifestyle supermarket, and Don Quijote. Across from the hotel, there are popular dining options like Yoshinoya and a noodle shop, and right next door is the delicious Notokanasawa Yakiniku.

In terms of transportation, the airport limousine bus goes directly to Kintetsu Department Store Uehonmachi Station, which is a very short walk to the hotel. There are also multiple subway lines for convenient travel.

The location is fantastic, very convenient for getting around. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.

I stayed for 6 nights and it was really comfortable. The room was very clean, and I could even see the sunset in the evening. Most Japanese hotel rooms are small, but this one allowed me to fully open my 24-inch suitcase, which was a huge plus.

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near Kintetsu Uehonmachi, which made getting around easy and allowed us to catch the early airport shuttle.

The double room was reasonably spacious; we were pleasantly surprised that the 1.6-meter wide bed didn't feel too cramped for two people.

The bathroom was an integrated unit (meaning the toilet and shower weren't separate), and toiletries needed to be collected from the second floor.

Breakfast options were pretty much the same daily, but they were edible, if a little dry/plain.

Communication with the front desk in English was effortless, and the self-service key card check-out was very straightforward.

Most other services were generally acceptable. However, the most frustrating aspect was the terrible Wi-Fi. The internet speed in our 8th-floor room was incredibly slow. I even noticed a separate Wi-Fi network listed specifically for our room, but the front desk informed me that the entire hotel actually shared just one Wi-Fi network. This left me utterly bewildered.

The room size was decent, and I was pleased with the service. The hotel's location offers very convenient transportation: there's a bus stop right outside, and both Kintetsu and subway stations are just a few minutes' walk away. Kintetsu Department Store is diagonally across the road. Right opposite the hotel, Yoshinoya is handy for dinner, and there's also a drugstore nearby. On a small side street, an Aeon store offers bentos, fruits, and more. It's only two subway stops from Shinsaibashi, and Nipponbashi is just a 10-15 minute walk away.
