Okay, the front desk service was good.

Conveniently located near the train station, and the large public bath is a huge plus – the bubble bath was incredibly relaxing! The room itself was quite spacious and very clean. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

The hotel is small and neat. Just a bit too tiny to manoeuvre luggage if you’ve a big one. Staff are friendly and some of them are English speaking so no problem on communication. But the window blinds are different at different floors so it’s kind of weird and some don’t shield off external light well.

The room was tiny and not soundproof at all. However, the facilities were comprehensive. The lobby offered free iced water and coffee, and there was also a public bath available.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and there's a spacious bathroom on the second floor perfect for a soak. Taking a bath was the absolute highlight of my trip to Japan, washing away all the fatigue and cold from traveling in winter. The complimentary breakfast was served at the cafe next door.

The single room was indeed very small. It had a 1-meter-wide bed with the TV mounted above my feet and a street-facing window above my head. On the wall beside the bed, there were several large, colorful decorative plates, so I was sleeping right under them. The window could be opened slightly, but the glass was opaque. The linens were clean. The soles of the slippers often picked up long hairs which would then get caught on the screw cap in the middle of the bathroom threshold, which felt a bit strange. Downstairs, there are three FamilyMart convenience stores. Turning right out of the hotel and walking about 30 meters, you'll find Exit 9 of the JR Tozai Line, which leads to Minamimorimachi Station, about a 6-7 minute walk.

🎈 **Great Location:**
Just a 3-minute walk to JR Higashi-Temma Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore. Popular spots like Tsutenkaku Tower in Tennoji and the night views in Umeda are just a few subway stops away, so you won't have to wrestle with Osaka's notoriously complex public transport system. There's a 24-hour convenience store right downstairs, and the local-favorite Higashi-Temma Market is diagonally across the street.

The front desk service was exceptionally warm and attentive. They provided detailed explanations and even offered a comprehensive check-in guide entirely in Chinese, making everything crystal clear. A thoughtful feature is the separate floors for men and women, each with independent elevators. Key card access to the guest floors ensures excellent safety and privacy.

The front desk provided a fantastic array of complimentary amenities for guests to freely take. This included coffee, tea, toothbrushes, razors, bath sponges/washcloths, and various toiletries. The selection was truly extensive!

✨ **Charming Room Aesthetics & Thoughtful Facilities:**
The room featured a minimalist color scheme that was very appealing, and the space was quite decent. All the hardware facilities were well-appointed, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, electric kettle, iron, and an ice bucket. They even provided high-quality disposable slippers and bathrobes for a relaxing soak. The bathroom also came with a bathtub. The room lighting was excellent, and the integrated desk was very practical.

🌈 **Highlight: Unique Japanese-style Hot Bath (Onsen):**
My personal favorite was the hotel's special Japanese-style hot bath, located on the second floor. It's accessible daily during designated hours with your room key card for free entry, with separate bathhouses for men and women. It's truly a unique experience. I chose a morning slot when it wasn't too crowded, which was incredibly serene. After a tiring day of travel, a long, hot soak was absolutely heavenly.

🍗 **Hearty Breakfast:**
A hearty breakfast is provided by 'CAFE DI ESPRESSO,' a restaurant right next to the hotel – just a 2-minute walk to the left after exiting. The breakfast was quite good, with several set menus to choose from. I ordered the coffee and hot dog set, which also came with eggs and a vegetable salad. It was both delicious and healthy.

The room was quite small, and there wasn't much space to fully open a 20-inch suitcase. However, it was remarkably well-equipped for its size, even featuring a bathtub. Toiletries, including DHC skincare products, are available for guests to pick up at the front desk downstairs. There's also a large public bath on the second floor, though I didn't get to use it. Convenience stores like FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are right downstairs, and the hotel is also quite close to the train station and Higashi-Tenman Shrine. Overall, it was a good stay.
