Hotel Intergate Osaka Umeda in Osaka

Exiting from Umeda Station, the West Exit is closer. This is my second time staying here. This room was a bit smaller, and there wasn't much space for two people's luggage, but it was fine for a one-night stopover. In the afternoon, there's a complimentary afternoon tea with rice crackers, juice, bacon, and sparkling wine. In the evening, you can also enjoy ochazuke. The rooftop hot spring is open until 1 AM.

Very nice hotel. Next station and around have many shop. Provide free toner, cleaner

Had a good stay here and enjoyed the facilities. Excellent location - near the metro and train stations as well as airport limousine bus. Many shopping centres nearby too!

The room was spotless and incredibly well-lit. Even though it was winter, the room was really warm. The public bath on the 18th floor was also very clean, and soaking in it after a long day of sightseeing was wonderfully relaxing.

Hotel was decent, toilet was abit small. Room was spacious with a good amount of space between the bed and the wall sofa - can open 2 big luggages.Location was decent, quite a walk to Kitte mall and Lucua mall but there is a route you can walk where you can get to Osaka station without steps (by taking the elevator at Breeze). It’s also near the airport limousine bus so it’s easy to get to the airport.

I spontaneously booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the airport shuttle, and I was pleasantly surprised! Here's some info for everyone:

**Location:** It's super close to the airport shuttle (a 5-minute walk). Even with 2 suitcases and 2 tote bags, the distance was perfect. It's also incredibly close to major shopping malls and Osaka Station, making it convenient for catching any transport you need for sightseeing. Seriously, it's so convenient! There are plenty of food options nearby too, so you don't have to go far at all. 👍

**Amenities:** They offer complimentary coffee and drinks, afternoon tea, and an evening bar (all free!). The service is just amazing. Plus, there's a large public bath, gym, washing machines, ice maker, and microwave. Basically, they have everything you could possibly need, and if something isn't provided, you can usually borrow it. There's a clear guide explaining all the services. The rooms come with a fridge, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand/face soap. In the lobby, you can help yourself to Sekkisei lotion and toner. The bed even has a button that I assume is for heating, because it made the bed wonderfully warm and comfortable. Honestly, everything is so thoughtfully prepared. And, super important, there are tons of charging ports – absolutely fantastic! 👍

**Space:** The room was much more spacious than I expected. I had 2 large suitcases and 2 huge tote bags, and there was plenty of room to open everything. For Japan, I'd say they've made excellent use of the space. All my requests, which I noted during booking, were met. 😌

**Overall:** I originally booked this last minute, simply choosing a hotel where I could fully redeem my Trip.com points. After using my points, I only paid the taxes, so I wasn't expecting much in terms of quality. However, I was genuinely and unexpectedly satisfied! If I were paying the regular price, which seems to be around 400-600 RMB, this hotel would be the king of value for money in the Osaka Station area. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Umeda shopping district, don't even think twice – just pick this one!

The hotel's overall environment is elegant and comfortable, and the rooms are a good size. The lobby bar offers soft drinks, coffee, afternoon tea, happy hour, and a self-service ochazuke bar, which is a really thoughtful touch. It would be even better if the dining chairs were a bit cleaner, though. On the 18th floor, there's a large public bath, a gym, and massage chairs. The hotel's location is excellent – it's just a two or three-minute walk to the airport bus stop, and getting to JR Osaka Station is very convenient via the underground passage, taking about ten minutes on foot.

The hotel provides free drinks and snacks at certain timings. There are free supper at night as well.

The room was clean and well-equipped. Plus, there were complimentary coffee and drinks available in the lobby every day. Check-in and check-out were semi-self-service, which was quite convenient, and storing luggage was simple and efficient.

This was my second stay here, and the room was quite clean with enough space for two suitcases. The location is super convenient, especially for getting to the Umeda shopping district via the underground walkway. They also offer complimentary drinks. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants right downstairs. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.
