Super Hotel Osaka Natural Hot Springs in Osaka

First off, I'm just an average customer and rarely use Trip.com. So let's look at these pictures and what I want to say about the current Japanese attitude towards Chinese people: there are steps to get into the toilet, the sink is right next to where you do your business, a long hair in the bathtub indicates the previous guest was female, no charging ports by the bed, and the two USB ports don't work. They put the tissue box on the floor in a corner where you can't find it or end up kicking it with your foot – how are you supposed to wipe your mouth then? No disposable slippers, only one rock-hard pillow filled with stone-like granules. When I checked in, I raised my hand to ask the front desk for help, and they saw me but ignored me. One woman who spoke English spent ages deflecting my questions, and after I was done, a few people behind me were snickering and making snide remarks. So this independent trip has left me with a strong feeling: Japanese people are genuinely discriminatory and neglectful towards Chinese people in every way. Definitely no next time, why would I come here to give money to these 'little Japs' and get treated like this? ****
